Assistance League Resale

We walked in the doors at exactly 3:50pm (they close as 4). As soon as we walked in, I'm assuming it was a manager, came from the back and announced to everyone in the store "Everyone get in line cause we're closing. I'm locking the doors right now." After saying this she paused for a few seconds and asked out loud "Why isn't anyone getting in line?".... I understand that they have a closing time and we should've arrived a little sooner, however I felt this was incredibly rude. She locked the door 10 minutes before closing time and pretty much kicked patrons out of the store before we could look at anything. In my opinion for a small store like this, you lock the doors at 4 (when the sign says the doors will be locked) and then you patiently wait for the patrons inside the store to finish shopping.

Clean, friendly shop. Yes they are volunteers. They are just trying to make a difference in the community. I have never had a problem and always look forward to going there. My only complaint is they close too early for me during the week.

They bring new things every Monday.The items here are donations and they go towards some sort women empowerment community.they tax though so don't assume its tax free.The women who work here are volunteers one is nice the rest are too lazy to help with any merchandize and are too quick to point out they are ONLY volunteers.They spend all day talking about their lives and kids and friends.Its a socialization place for them and tending to the customers is not their PRIORITY.Rude when they answer the phone and they are no help at all.

Ratty old clothes and rude volunteers working. I will never come here again.
