I was left on hold for over 20 minutes only to have to hang up and call right back to a lady sounding VERY rude and frustrated because the office is short staffed. Ma'am, it's not my fault that you all are short staffed but you should definitely maintain professionalism at ALL times. I worked in doctor's offices for a few years so I understand completely how it goes but you should NEVER act that way to current or potential new patients. My daughter would have been a new patient here but will not be seen at this practice simply due to bad customer service from the lady who answered the phone. Great customer service is everything for a successful practice.

I tried getting an appointment for my child after several recommendations. No response by email or by website. When I called, I was told they are accepting new patients but there was nothing open for 3-4 months. So basically, they’ve reached their threshold and there is no availability, just say that.

Kudos, to the entire staff !!! From the time you walk in you notice how clean & comfortable the waiting room is. The staff always greets you with a smile and so courteous. Your nurse will make sure you are comfortable and at ease. The exam rooms are always clean and organized. Dr.Westhoven is always very observant & professional, but very attentive to your needs and problems.As you check out the staff will schedule your next appointment to meet your needs. I'm usually in and out in about an hour to an hour and a half, depending on my needs. World Famous Kenny Calhoun

If I could give 0 stars I would. My appointment was at 815 I arrived at 818 and was told that I had to reschedule. That I should've arrived 30 minutes earlier. I chose not to reschedule with Dr. Robbins. I will prefer to go somewhere else.

Best Dermatologists in Alabama. Love Dr Westhoven and her staff. They are all very professional and work hard to address all your concerns. Never have to wait and they even have early morning appointments to easily fit with your schedule. The staff is very personal and they all make you feel at home. I would highly recommend this practice.

Our family has been patients at the Birmingham clinic for over a year now. Jaime and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful everytime we visited. We never spend more than 10 minutes in the waiting room, even when we get there early. She suggested a local compounding pharmacy for us and even though it was less than a mile from their office, our prescription was ready as soon as we got there. I'd highly recommend Associated Dermatologists to anyone in the area. They take care of their patients and don't waste your time like some other practices do. We also love how the office is located with plenty of parking and right off the interstate in Trussville. Highly Recommend!!!

The dermatology clinic is excellent. The doctors and staff were amazing. If you're near Birmingham, this is one of the best options when you need to see a specialist.

Extremely Grateful to this place for their attention to detail. I believe Dr. Dunn has been instrumental in recognizing a Melanoma and along with immediate referral for surgery and foremost GOD's GRACE, helped save my Life! Forever Grateful to this practice. THANK YOU

Arrived early to make sure everything was 'set'. 10 before me and 15 after me, even ones who came in after appointment time with J. Dunn, PA, were taken - and it kept going. Good for y'all who are treated professionally by these.

It nice place, chairs very comfortable, lady at desk very pretty and polite. I could wait in this waiting room forever. music is so calming oh my God they called my name hang on
