I have been going to Associated Neurologists for decades for differing and complex conditions and have been treated well every single visit. The office is nice, staff friendly, and doctors and PA are wonderful. They take the time to listen and do appropriate testing to get proper diagnosis, and try different therapies to alleviate symptoms. I feel they are treating my conditions properly, and caring for me as a person.

First let me say the doctors, Physician Assistants, nurses and medical staff are the best I have dealt with. ALL of them(who I have seen in the nearly 15 years I have gone here) are extremely compassionate and great at their jobs. I see the many one star reviews which I can say are not reflective of anyone aside from someone who may pick up the front-office phone. I’ve had migraines as far back as I can remember. I’ve seen some really horrible and incompetent medical professionals. This is absolutely not the case here. In-fact, I moved out of CT in 2008 and still drive to this office (first from NYC and now NJ). I LOVE Bojena. She is a PA who is deeply knowledgable and she cares about her patients which is rare to find these days. Bojena stands out to me as a professional and as a deeply kind human. Also worth mentioning is their migraine center that is staffed with the friendliest nurses you will meet. The medical staff here understands the trauma inflicted on the lives of their patients suffering from migraine. The migraine center is basically an ER that only treats migraines in their office. They give you a dark, private room with an IV and the medicine you need to quickly knock the migraine out. This saves you a trip to a hospital ER. I can say from experience that a trip to the hospital with a severe migraine is the worst thing I have experienced. Now the complaint. OCCASIONALLY, the front desk staff is not the best. They are either over-worked, under-staffed and/or unprofessional. I have CHRONIC migraine. Meaning I can have a migraine episode for as long as 2 months with a migraine everyday. Not fun. I have recently called the office 10 times for Botox injections to be told “we are very busy and can’t return all calls” to which I responded “but you’re a medical office and I am a patient in need of urgent medical treatment”. This has only happened once but I can honestly say front-office treatment has gone from solidly good to spotty with some really big gaps. In summary, this is a great practice. I truly hope they invest in their front office operations with an office manager. Again, I do think they are understaffed and overworked. That said, great doctors/PAs/Nurses are great if you can make an appointment or get a call back. Aside from occasional front-office issues, this would be an A++ establishment.

As a returning patient who sustained yet another concussion, they refuse to see me until November. They told me to go see my regular MD. When I called back to inform them that my doctor wants me under the care of a Neuro, they said have your Dr call us. They are RUDE, UNCARING, AND VERY INCONSIDERATE OF PEOPLE'S FEELINGS. I wonder if their bosses know what they do? Not only will I leave this horrible review, I will report them for the way I was treated. Or shall I say not treated.

I never wrote a review, good or bad, for anything, but I am compelled to say that my visit this morning was top drawer. (Especially because I saw some disparaging reviews before my visit.) They couldn't have been more misleading. Everyone at reception was very pleasant. I didn't have to wait long. In fact, I was only half through filling out my intake information before I was taken to an examination room. The intake nurse, Faye, was as sweet and as personable as can be. She even explained why my blood pressure was a tad high and that there was nothing to worry about. But wait, my experience with Dr. Blondin was excellent. I have been to many neurologists over the past year who have been baffled by my condition. But within' ten minutes, the good doctor, with a winning manner and smile (Important to my feeling at ease) listened intently to everything I had to say, and, bingo, he found the answer to my recovery. I am so happy and grateful to have a new lease on life. Thank you to everyone in the Fairfield office.

Negative Star. There must be something wrong with the mental state of the front desk staff at this Fairfield office. They are thee most rude, uncaring and unprofessional staff, who should never work in a medical office which is to help not hurt the public the office treats. A bunch of motley woman. They must be unhappy humans.
