I’m so glad that I have the opportunity to give this review, 5 Stars goes to your buffet bar. I particularly love your Eggplant Parmesan—I buy it [e]very time it’s served!! Yum! Yum! However, on this day 12/10/22, there was something different about this Eggplant Plant Parmesan —Ricotta Cheese and oregano garnishing!!? Overkill! And way too much sodium… FYI, I love the salad bar. Not to worry, I’m a patriot of your supermarket/buffet; I look forward to continue to indulge myself to the finest Eggplant Parmesan in ENY. Deborah

They have good selection of foods. Store is always clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. They have very convenient store hours.

I’m giving this place 5 stars because lf the staff. Most of them are very friendly. However, there is one of them that is consistently excellent with customer service. This is the security Guard in all black. To Management, he is a great asset to your business and personnel like him is hard to come by. Treat him well!

The staff talk way more than they work ! The prices are not worth it and the owner is always there flirting with the workers instead of conducting business! There is no diversity in that work place and let’s not get started on the old stale pastry that they promote as fresh

Purchasing cold cutes at deli department this morning on nov. 1 2022 male employees helping customers with her order custmer bought 4 differnt cold cutes the employee never weigh the iteam just put price per pound on iteams, when I purchase my iteam he put the cold cutes on scale with over the pound amount ,Please treat customer the same but also he stilling from company

The workers are rude and unprofessional. The rude female that works the Deli needs to learn about customer care and common decency. She is on the phone while taking your order. Very short with customers, and has the audacity to have an attitude when I am trying to make sure my order is correct. Bad enough they're expensive, and then you have to deal with attitudes. Yea I'm good on them

I should preference this by saying, I get groceries delivered to my home every month and sometimes twice in one month. The Manager, the delivery person and the one who does the actual shopping have ALWAYS been professional, patient, kind and accommodating. They call when they don't have the specific item I requested, and ask if I would like to replace it with something else; they NEVER do anything without asking me first and I appreciate that! Since I've become disabled going grocery shopping was an arduous task that continously proved to be a huge stressor in my life. Thanks to the "delivery" service at City Fresh the burden of going grocery shopping has been lifted and it has been alot easier on me. THANKS TO ALL THE STAFF AT CITY FRESH... I appreciate you! S.K.

Fresh vegatables and fruit. Meats good quality

Dirty unsanitary and rude staff. A guy was making salad in the deli section with his mask off while simultaneously having a conversation on his AirPods and you can literally see spit flying from his mouth onto the salad when I pointed this about the the manager he rudely said it’s ok the health department comes every week sees this and told him it’s ok. Unless you want to get sick don’t shop here!

It's a really good market if you're looking for fresh produce. I've scavenged half of Brooklyn looking for ripe, fresh and organic avocado for my wife. I finally found it there so I'm grateful. Plus they offer a shuttle service and delivery with purchases of 50 dollars or more. I think that's incredible. I'll definitely be shopping there from now on.
