Worst place ever my mother was admitted there and she had broken fingers bruised arm bruise on her face and they had no explanation how that happened and when that happened. The only answer they have is they are investigating. Still have no answer. Please don’t send your love ones there.

I've been working here for a short time. I work in the Activities department, I absolutely love working here, there has not been a day when I felt like "I don't want to go to work" The job is rewarding within itself because of the patients we service. The staff is friendly and welcoming, in addition to upper management. Because I work here and see what's going on on day to day basis I can honestly say if I had to send a family member here, I know they would be in good hands and I would trust that they would make sure they are taken well care of.

I don’t want give them even one star this place stinks because my mother was there and she ended up with the broken bones .

My grandpa was wrongly admitted by his nursing home and when my family had questions about the state of his health, they were consistently ignored by the staff. They communicated nothing with my parents and all of my grandpas clothes were stolen while there and we have yet to be reimbursed even after asking multiple times about it. Sometimes there wouldn’t even be any aids or staff out in the resident area and if they were out, they were on phones that you supposedly aren’t allowed to have there. My grandpa was alert and able to have full conversations when he was first admitted but after being there for two weeks, lost all function from being too heavily medicated and died a short time after leaving due to an infection he acquired there. My mom is yelling about this as I’m typing. Don’t send your family there for anything or they might literally die.

This hospital did not give my client the physical care he needed, as a result he almost died. They let an infection on his toe go so far that it went up his leg and he had to have intervenous antibiotics for a month as well as his toe amputated. The sore on his toe was mentioned to the staff and I was assured that they would take care of it. They did not. I would never send a loved one to this facility

My grandmother was placed here briefly for behavior disturbances. They not only addressed that but also some health concerns she had. During visits I would watch the staff interact with the other patients. I am impressed with how well they handle the behavior issues of each patient in a way that keeps not only the staff, but also other patients and visitors safe. They also worked closely with me, calling with any concerns and making sure I was part of the process in deciding our next steps in her care as we deal with her dementia and the related illnesses. Camreas everywhere to insure your loved ones saftey even in the bedrooms.enough staff every shift to protect your loved one. The most staff per shift I've ever seen. Extremely qualified staff. A company started because others for this sort of thing failed. Didn't work there long but for the time I did it was clean secure an professional. They prefer RN s not LPNs complaining that less trained staff bring s more work having an extremely high turnover over of staff for that other reasons . mistakes on care in the past they examine an are working on change. No place of this sort is completely pleasant and for other reasons I'd never send my loved one here but if you had to they would be more protected than other places it's kind with any an every freedom of being a human being stripped away..

Do not let your loved one go here, they nearly killed my father. He was taken directly to ER from here after 3 weeks and had severe infection, malnutrition, and severe dehydration. He also had fallen twice, we had to demand x-rays and found he had broken rib. Plus, doctor on site refused to see us. My Dad could eat on his own and walk when he arrived, could do neither after 2 weeks.

I had a family friend mother in this institute and she had fallen in many occasions which to the staff it was not an emergency and do to those falls she past away for a head injury the other problem was that the family was not called for those accident she had...the last time she fell they took her the next to the hospital for head injury...and for there neglected she would be her last days...may her be with our lord in heaven with love will be miss...that institute is responsible to take a beautiful person away from us..if any one had some familiar to this situation please help by passing the word and get the law in this...
