I went here for a diagnostic mammogram. At first I was disappointed because when I arrived for my appointment, no one was there and a sign on the door said they were unexpectedly closed. I was a little annoyed, but I called the number and I was given a new appointment the very next day. The tech who did my imaging was A+ and did an excellent job. I felt very comfortable even though it was a little more complex type of mammo. I have gone there before for basic x-rays and basic mammograms, and I would definitely go there again.
I notice people post reviews about how nice or not nice the staff are. For me that is secondary. What is crucial is the results. By the way the staff were all very nice. However it took them 2 weeks to the day to get my chest x-rays to my doctor and it turned out I had pneumonia. I don't know if this is a bad incident or normal practice but I will never return to Assured Imaging.
My experience at Assured Imaging was very good. I didn't have to wait too long to be seen for my procedure. The staff person who did the procedure was very professional and people friendly.
They were very kind. Made me feel relaxed comfortable I was very nervous going in I hate doing these procedures.
Don't go here, wast of a building tbh, no one knows what they are doing and they dont even want to be there, save your money and go to a place worth it not this pore excuse for heath care
Scheduled for an 8:45 am appointment in one of Assured's mobile units. Upon entering the RV unit I was presented with paperwork to complete prior to my appointment. I noticed immediately the front desk staff was wearing a polyester type mask with a poor fit that drooped under her nose and away from her face. I was wary and concerned for not only me but, for others who would be coming in for appointments and also shocked a staff person working in a health care field would have such disregard for COVID safety. Part of the paperwork included a Waiver, Assumption of Risk, & Release specific to COVID. The front staff person asked me a question which I did not hear and she apologized stating she had laryngitis but that I should not worry as she tested negative for COVID 2 days prior shows me her test results on her phone. That further concerned me and I let her know that a negative test is not a guarantee she does not have COVID. I finally gathered my courage and asked her to please put on a mask that fit her face. She appeared irritated with me and got a box of disposable masks out of the cabinet and placed it over her ill-fitting polyester mask without even stretching the disposable mask over her face or adjusting it in any way. The mask was essentially doing nothing more to provide for protection and she continued on with her work. I noted this with her and she told me if I felt uncomfortable I could wait outside the RV. I chose to do so and was then taken out of line and another client was put ahead of me even though I was right outside. Several other women came up to me and recognized the front staff person's lack of regard for safety as well as lack of customer service. In a time when COVID infections are at an all time high, I was distressed to learn there are people in the health professions that have a complete disregard for safety and have to be told by lay people to have enough respect to protect their clients. I ended up leaving without being seen as I was still waiting an hour and 15 mins. later and also due to the staff's disregard for safety. Another client withdrew from her appointment as well. Concerns for safety were made with the health center utilizing this service and I hope in the future they are no longer contracted.
Poor management, building had plumbing issues. Arrived for a 1:30pm appointment and were told we weren’t in the system. We proceeded to wait as walk ins and ended leaving at 4:30pm. The receptionist and female tech were rude, impatient and completely unhelpful. When we asked for answers, the women got defensive and showed attitude. A woman near us asked how much longer after waiting two hours with an appointment and the tech told her “she didn’t have to wait that she could get her things and leave”.
Had an appointment at 8am so that I could make it to work on time. The only person here at 8 was one receptionist. Everyone else showed up 20 minutes to an HOUR late. Because they “woke up late”. Did not even apologize for any inconvenience. When the tech finally showed up an hour late, she took someone in who had an appointment after mine because they didn’t know that I was still waiting here. Upside is the facility is nice.
Good experience despite the usual discomfort that comes with having a mammogram. Got me in quickly, treated me with respect and were professional and friendly.
Had to wait 1hr 8 minutes to be seen. Ridiculous having to wait that long it's not the doctor's office. I could have done a Mobile unit with another company faster.
