Astro was incredible. We found them on a basic social media search for an inflatable rental for our winter Festival of Ice and their selection was huge. We then found out you can rent a train with a whole conductor who came with tickets to punch for each ride! Our event would have been nothing without this feature. Their setup was easy- one call to confirm and showed up to assemble right on time. The setup seemed like minutes and their was zero mess. We are lifetime partners now.

We had a great experience working with Astro jump for my son’s birthday party. They were professional and helpful every time we spoke on the phone and the day of the party they exceeded our expectations. Tony was super friendly and really did a great job setting up our Mickey and friends bounce house. Since I don’t want to post pics of my kids and the guest kids on google see my dog with the bouncy and Tony from Astro Jump!

Astro Jump was great! Our POC Aubrey was excellent and we were able to arrange our special day quickly. She even helped us manage some changes to our order without a blink. Our bouncy house, tables and chairs arrived on time and our delivery person was friendly and very helpful.  The kids were so excited for the surprise and everyone had a great day. We’ll definitely recommend Astro Jump and use your services again.

Our church has used Astro Jump for years now at a few of our big family events.  They are always timely and have great communication.  Recently I had to cancel an event due to weather, but had already paid for the equipment.  The employee was patient, helpful, and allowed me to put the deposit I made towards a new event.  I saved money in the process.  I highly recommend Astro jump

Astro Jump has great customer service from beginning to end. They arrived early, listened to our questions-let us know when they were coming to drop off and pick up. Joe was amazing. The 4-in-1 was the cleanest bounce house we’ve seen. Thanks for making my son’s bday party fun

Use Astro Jump for rentals for the pool I work at in the summer. We've rented moon bounces and inflatable obstacle courses twice a summer  and every time it's perfect! The members love the inflatables and the customer service at Astro Jump is top notch! Always friendly and quick to respond. We love working with them and will continue to book with them in the future!

Astro Jump is hands down the best for party rentals. They have amazing customer service, I rented a waterslide over the weekend for my daughter's birthday and my daughter and her guest had the best time with the slide we chose on time and very professional Definitely recommended Astro Jump and will be using their services again!

We rented a 20x20 tent, tables, chairs and an activity combo bounce house. Always a pleasure working with the group at Astro Jump Baltimore. From the scheduling crew to the setup and tear down crew, they make everything so simple. Highly recommend!!

Astro Jump is awesome. Great customer service all around.  Pick up and drop off was great. Great Communication and Everyone was so nice.  Will use them again.
