Asus cashback promotions are scam. They sent an email confirming cashback on the purchase is approved and will be credited to my bank account in 20 business days. Upon follow up they mentioned 90 calendar days. Its more than 180 days now and no response to follow up.

Asus Zen latest laptop full of defect low quality they say battery life 21 hours and it dies with in 2-3 hours items are defective please dont go on looks and style i will honestly never recommend anyone

Never Buy any product, the middle east division is run by a bunch of illiterate people, this is where apple wins they give customers importance, customer service, Product quality , after sale service all of this would be better at a butcher shop
