Richard was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient when trying to pair my Samsung Watch 3 with my Samsung S21+. There were a number of issues, but he solved them all with his humor.

This was my fourth visit to your store and out of these visits Your rep Mary has been the one who's been helping me. She was very couteous and helpful. We all upgraded our phones thanks to her. She assisted us in many ways. Mahalo again for your assistance!

Richard at AT&T School Street was exceptional. The best customer service I have had in a long time. He was generous with his time, very knowledgeable and extremely personable and professional. Don’t bother with any other location if you want the BEST.
