Made the appointment online. When I arrived the staff was extremely helpful. Rudy the representative really went out of his way. Above and beyond the call of duty. Very good experience. Definitely coming back here when the time comes. Highly recommend Rudy! He has a heart as big as the guy in the movie :.

Juaquin..probably didn't spell that right... managed to fix a very difficult problem that would not have been possible without his knowledge and expertise. Very happy with how he was able to handle the situation for a very old lady with very limited electronic skills. He is an excellent representative for your company

I went in yesterday to transfer all the devices on my business plan from another carrier to AT&T. Joaquin and Oscar were very helpful and extremely patient when it came to getting everything transferred and setup. A good first impression with AT&T from an excellent sales staff!

It was so difficult to get my contacts to the new phone, after 3 hours with ATT over the phone. I came to the actual store and got Jocelin, she took all the time with me and was super patient with me. And was able retrieve my contacts. AMAZING Customer Service. Thanks Jocelin!!!

The wait time was fairly long do to pre holiday traffic but the staff was very helpful and kept track of my needs for the type of purchase that I needed.
