This location has rude customer service reps. This is the second time I experienced bad customer service at this specific location.
The representative, Tiffany, took her time to explain everything to my mother and myself. She was kind, courteous, and most importantly took every precaution to be safe during this time of pandemic.
Sat at the store for a HR straight. No hi, no can i help you. Just employees walking around on ther phones. By far the second worse customer ive ever seen!
The customer service was horrible and the quote for 4 business lines was even worse. AT&T Quoted $1000 per line under my business credit versus 20%down totaling $728 for four phones with VERIZON NO THANKS AT&T!!!!
