The lady at this store was so rude and wouldn’t help me put parental controls on my child’s iPhone. She didn’t even try to help but they sure were happy to take my money for the new device. It’s not even that they refused to help it was the lady’s attitude.

Jessica’s customer service was top notch. She was efficient and courteous and engaging. If I could give her a 6th star, I would.

Worked with me with honesty and patience after I was mislead and lied to by another store. Helped me cut at least some of my losses after being scammed. All of my future business will be done at this location.
