Jim was had a warm personality , he made us feel at home, he empathized with us. It felt as though my fiancé and I knew him for years he accommodated is with the current climate. I originally went to this store just to pick up an order. When I found out that the online order was wrong I had to go back. The manager Jim and associate Osman were absolutely perfect. Them helped me fix my problem and were kind and had great customer service.
Have to be honest, i have at&t but i don't like it too much..... However, I went into this specific location and the salesmen couldn't have been more helpful! They were very patient and helped me re-set my new phone from beginning to finish. I highly recommend this location!
