They were cheap and refused to proper fix the elevator of 25th and 3rd for many months, which even resulted in a city fine. Recently, a resident was killed by the elevator due their incredible negligence. Insane. Ridiculous.
Great management company. They made the process to lock in 1 bedroom really easy for me. The apartments are very nice and in great areas. I also didn't have to wait forever to get a response when I reached out to them.

It’s outrageous that this company failed to take appropriate remedial action on elevators that had been malfunctioning for years. Now a life is lost because of it.
At A made finding an affordable apartment really simple. It had an impressive selection of available apartments and they were easy to get in touch with and were very helpful. I was freaking out about getting a new place, it has been difficult in the past. But this time it was a breeze!
