If you want a fun confidence boosting way to get In shape I recommend this place. The instructors are incredible. Both talented and kind. They give you an option to state your pronouns in introductions with zero pressure to do anything that makes you uncomfortable making this place very inclusive. Do not feel like your gender, or body type will keep you from this place because it won't. Anyone and everyone is welcome. They will have you feeling so good about yourself. The price makes it easy to try out to see if it's the right fit for you too. They have a $15 for your first class deal $20 usually and packages you can ask about to save some money.

Great studio and great instructors! I particularly like the focus on learning in a safe way to prevent sports injuries. Also, the apparel is very pretty!

I attended a beginners pole-dancing class and instantly knew I'd love it when I walked in. Erin is so nice and welcoming along with everyone attending. Such a warm atmosphere with clear and effective coaching. 10/10 recommend and I cant wait for the next one!

I looked all over their website and the emails and how to prepare for intro class and what to wear and what to bring, Nowhere did it say anything about having to wear a mask during a physical activity at this class. It is her business and she is allowed to do what she wants but when you prepay and you don't inform people you take away their choice. She took away my choice. So the class starts and during the introduction you have to say you're pronoun. I was not comfortable with this situation and you could tell other people weren't either. I am not ok with this and felt uncomfortable the whole time.

I was completely new to pole when I started going a couple months ago, and I was immediately made to feel welcome and comfortable. Erin and Bre are phenomenal instructors, they really take the time to break things down & ask how you are feeling about everything going on in class. Highly recommend checking the studio out, you won't be disappointed!

Amazing environment, and the instructor is nothing but outstanding. Patient, encouraging, and positive. Those are just some of the words I am able to use to describe Erin Inama as an instructor.
