ATI Physical Therapy

ATI physical therapy is awesome. The staff is very helpful and caring.to your every need. You get a nice warm and friendly greeting when you walk in the door. Very clean and neat facility and lots of equipment to use. I am so happy with the services Liam has provided for both my teenage children. My children are excited about getting back to their regular sports activities. Thanks so much Liam for putting the smiles back on their faces.

Josh and Erin were great , they made sure that I understood the reason behind why some exercises were being done. ie, this helps with strength, this helps with range of motion. I set goals related to the recovery process from surgery and each goal that was set was met. I also received detailed printed exercises to continue since I have completed therapy. Awesome folks!!

Joe the Physical Therapist is Amazing. He is patient, engaging and supportive. He definitely is refreshing to work with on my Wellness Journey. Austin is the most pleasant and kind front desk intake staff. He explains everything to you about how your visit will take place. He does a great job of greeting everyone by name that walks in. He is doing a phenomenal job. Unfortunately I had to stop after only 1 session due to billing practices. Basically they ran my insurance and said I hadn't met my in network deductible. when I called Carefirst they confirmed I had indeed met my deductible already. Austin tried his best to convince me that he could work out something with their "Central Intake" Dept to clarify that I have in fact met my $750 deductible. Once you break my trust I cannot continue a relationship with the practice. That doesn't reflect poorly on the PT or front desk staff. ATI is perfect place to have PT. They have up to date equipment. Clean. The follow Covid guidelines for wearing a mask. If you forget your mask... they even have 1 for you. I'm grateful I had my 1 session with ATI.

Since beginning my physical therapy, my back feels better. The staff is very pleasant. I look forward to continuing my treatment with ATI and its wonderful staff.

Amazing staff! I had a very positive experience. My back problems were resolved. Everyone took excellent care of me. The entire staff was very helpful, professional, responsive, kind and respectful. Hopefully I won’t need PT again, however, it I do I would return to ATI at Joppa Rd. Special thanks to Joe, D’Jsha, Noah, and Rob!

Very welcoming atmosphere. The workers on duty are of great help to all their patients. Very well at maintaining order even at times it can look as they are flustered. They can keep well calm about themselves and get the job done.

Joe was very positive and motivating with my shoulder. He is kind hearted and makes sure you are not in pain rather you feel a good stretch with the exercises. I will miss my time there. I am happy my shoulder is at 100% and next time I need PT I won't hesitate where to go.

From start to finish Alex was amazing! Hands down the best PT experience we have had as a family, as a mom of 3 boys, we have had many PT sessions other places. He always provided us with great customer service with an upbeat positive focus on the patient. The facility is extremely clean and Covid precautions are always in place throughout each session. Alex highly motivated my son and made strengthening and getting better a priority, so that he can get back to skating on his board again and playing basketball. We always looked forward to each session because of how welcoming, fun, and helpful Alex made each session. I really appreciated his personalized approach and how much he cared. He took the time to make each session productive and fun! Highly recommend and yes we will be back if we ever have to have any PT sessions in our family. Thank you Alex and to Kayla as well she did a great job too! My son left his last session feeling confident and stronger and we will definitely miss seeing Alex each week!

Had the absolute pleasure of working with the great friendly staff at ATI Towson, most importantly working with my guy Joe. My guy was nothing but amazing, walking in on crutches not able to walk on my own at all with in three weeks i was able to walk with no crutches and finishing up today Iam way better off then i thought i would ever be. Keep up the great job guy and to you Joe God Bless thanks for the great help and effort!!! -Corey B
