Very fast and reliable techs! I called for a commercial door repair, within 2 hours the door was fixed. The tech was able to repair the lock no parts needed. I wish I could send them all my clients in all 50 states!

Last night I hired a locksmith from this company to change out 2 door knobs been I'm a new tenant in my new house the previous owner did not have the keys to my doors but it was working fine and could lock just missing the keys. The guy who came looks Pakistani but anyway he charges me $300 even though before when I called customer service the female told me trip fee $19.00 and $35. For locks she said she'll have her technician call me so he call me with a bigger price I ask what about the price I was told he sounded money hungry no exceptions, he came out put the 2 locks on then left without even showing me it works I notice the one lock I was having trouble with can't even fit the keys in the lock unless you lift it up to turn the keys and the same door had problems with locking this morning I tried locking it then you pushed the door and it opens I called them back the same female name Lynn said she'll have her manager called me instead the same guy who'd over charge me is who called not the Supervisor Harry like she said he insisted that the problem is not his door knobs is another problem then came back out and charged me another $125.00 so I paid a total of $425 for a damage or defective door they put on there. Nobody cares anymore customer service is lacking people are extremely money hungry and ripping of customers like myself because I'm a female. I'm still waiting on Supervisor Harry to call me they all must be the same in this business. I should be reimbursed for the $125. Is not fair treating me like I'm nothing I ain't rich nor I'm not stupid. I need a refund this problem happened when he uses his door knobs it had to be defective if my previous knobs was working and locking fine. Where's people heart's nowadays smh. He never check the doors he just walked away and said everything is good. I'm sure he must have had a problem with that door knobs and just decided to put it on my door to then come back and charge extra money because I'm a female.
