Terrible service. Even worse management.  They hacked our crype myrtles to bits, completely ruined. Never cut other shrubs after repeated request. Didn't even weed our yard. After asking Jeff, the owner, multiple times about our deteriorating service, he started getting combative and making excuses as to why the service wasn't the same as it was a year ago. "More leaves have fallen this year" or "we will make sure to get it next time" or "we can't be at your property for more than 1 hour". We have a very small property in the city of Atlanta and it's not hard to manage - I personally did it for over 2 years. After notifying Jeff of termination, he said he would not service our property again until he had payment, even though we had not been service correctly yet this winter. His words: "we should part ways now, instead of next month" and "I should have probably charged you more."  I also wish I could post pictures on here. Buyer beware of this company.

What an amazing team!  I've been using Atlanta Lawn Care Services for 3 years now and couldn't be more happy with the services they provide.  I have recommended them to other neighbors as well.

We became Atl Lawn Care customers when our previous landscape company moved out of state and Jeff at Atl Lawn Care took over. We had been extremely pleased with our previous provider Levings Residential and were bummed when they moved to FL, but assumed we were in good hands.  Unfortunately, the quality of service we received decreased significantly once Atl Lawn Care took over. The completely stopped weeding our yard, which we were paying them for and although we asked several times for a heads up on when they were coming so we could make sure our dogs were inside, we very rarely got one. At first, we gave them the benefit of the doubt. I assumed they were stretched thin since they had just absorbed all of Levings' business.  My breaking point came when I found weeds that were 4 feet tall in our back yard which is tiny, btw and weeds scattered throughout all of our front yard. it was looking like a jungle and definitely NOT like we were paying professionals to maintain it. Again, we gave them the benefit of the doubt as we have had an inordinate amount of rain lately. I called and spoke with Jeff, who was friendly and responsive. He said that we were, in fact, paying for weed treatment and he would send someone out that week to take care of the problem. Hooray! I was pleased with his response and happy we were going to get our yard looking decent again.  The next day, they came out and treated our weeds by spraying everything in our yard with weed killer, including our ivy and the monkey grass that goes along the entire curbside of our property. I didn't realize this until a couple of days later... I came home to find all of our monkey grass was yellow and orange! It looked terrible and dying. I couldn't believe a professional landscaping company would be so short sighted as to spray 15 yards of money grass with weed killer because they were too lazy to hand pull the weeds. Additionally, Jeff informed me at this time that we would need to almost triple the amount we were paying him in order for him to continue "taking care of" our weeds. I was shocked! If that was the case, why didn't he say something MONTHS ago when they stopped pulling weeds? And do you really think I should pay you anything after you ruined our curb appeal by spraying weed killer ALL OVER ALL of my monkey grass??  I've called Jeff multiple times to see what he plans to do about this, but have been unable to get a response. There are too many landscapers in Atlanta to get caught up in this type of unprofessional service.. The "service" provided is virtually non existent and I would certainly not recommend this company to anyone. I wish I could post pictures on here of how they've now ruined our front yard.

I have been using this team for years, and have been extremely satisfied. My husband and I work full time and have two young kids. We would much rather spend our weeks enjoying our family, rather than raking leaves. And Jeff and team allow us to do just that!

Called this company to get a a quote for a backyard renovation back on February 1st but could not reach anyone by phone. Very disappointed as they had very strong online reviews.
