Called once... lady answered, put me on hold, released hold in the middle of her question, got an attitude about having to repeat the question, asked what county I lived in as soon as I opened my mouth transferred me to a busy line. Wont call again

i’ve been calling for two weeks straight no answer no call back i really need assistance my dog has been sold to a NFLplayer /boxer from someone who was only supposed to be babysitting him and i need to get him back as soon as possible pls pls anyone that can help email me [email protected] i really need my puppy back pls help !!

Atlanta legal aid I see definitely a five star business, hell a 10 star if you ask me. The staff are very detailed and dedicated to providing exceptional services to their clients. I would recommend them to anyone. Inquire on their services based upon your situation and what you are seeking aid in.

I have been contacting Fulton County legal aid the lady is rude and unprofessional I asked for her name and she stated they don’t give into names and said aight and hung up. People don’t cherish their jobs like they used to. When I asked her to look up my information she did f even want to do that.

Office is literally always closed even when it’s supposed be open and no one answers

Someone answered the phone, asked me a question, and I kid you not. As I start to explain she cuts me off to transfer me. I wouldn’t dare be bothered with such unprofessional behavior from the moment I call.

Great service for low income individuals. I participated in the transgender and gender con-conforming service where Atlanta Legal Aid will represent you for low or no cost to change your name. Everyone was very professional and did a lot of the work to help me change an aspect of my life that meant a lot to me.

They are the best! While I have not had to use their services, the people are friendly and kind. They will try their best to help you as they can.

I use the legal aid services for my mom and the lawyer they referred me to was very helpful and listen to my needs. I would use this service again if needed. Thanks again Legal Aid Service
