The wife and I enjoyed the visit to the Atlanta United team store in Atlantic Station. We had only ever been to the stores in Mercedes-Benz stadium before. There appeared to be a few different items than we could find in the stadium. The store had a good selection and it was so less crowded. The staff were super friendly and helpful.
Preordering the Prime kit for season tickets holders was a nice perk this year! Also saw Sosa I. The store while picking up my order. How cool is that! Vamos Atlanta!
The team store was really cool but they need more white jerseys.
Very nice are but very congested. Store is very clean but also small. Not too much stuff was there but when football season starts I'm sure they will have more. Right now it's 50 % Atlanta United and 50 % Falcons
Bought my Grandkids some Falcons gear to send to them in Clear Lake in Wisconsin
Merchandise was nice, store was clean and well sorted. 1 star simply because of staff. They were VERY rude. I stood at the counter waiting 20 minutes to checkout. One employee stood at the counter having a full blown conversation with no acknowledgement of me and the other two walked off as soon as I arrived at the counter did not greet me or offer me help, both proceeded to pretend to “tidy” the store while I stood their waiting to be helped. I eventually left all my items on the counter and walked out. I refuse to spend money at a place where the employees have zero customer service skills. They definitely need more training.
I like that they were willing to hold one of the last two size small of a particular new release sweatshirt that was already sold out online. I drove 40 minutes in a rain storm to pick it up. When in the store the customer service was on point. My only complaint is that I had to pay for parking in Atlantic Station, $3+ minimum, when I was in and out of the store in just a few minutes.
Staff is very helpful! They have a fitting room for you to try things on. Came for Atlanta United gear. Good if you need something quickly or want to try it on but there are limited options. You can get names of players added to jerseys takes 3-4 business days.
My family and I have been to this store plenty of times and we have always received great customer service. My husband and I are founding members for Atlanta United and whenever we have questions we will call ahead and ask before driving up to the store like most intelligent people should do. Our questions are always answered politely and if possible they have even held our sizes and kids sizes for us . This past weekend my husband went and bought a lot of Atlanta United stuff and unfortunately my jersey was dirty, so I called immediately and the young man told me it was fine to take it back and I could get an exchange. That’s exactly what I’ll be doing tonight after work. I have nothing but great things to say about the staff and the store. Taylor and I believe the other young ladies name is Tara they are always polite and smiling. Keep doing a great job you guys!
Since the store is Under New Management and now owned by a company called Fanatics, the new staff is just awesome. Mary and Ariella we're super helpful and sweet. When my debit card was not functioning and they were ready to close up, they even stayed a few minutes later until my bank stopped screwing up even though they never did and I had to go get cash LOL and they were very friendly and polite about it even directing me to an ATM a couple of doors away. They knew how important it was for me to make the purchase as I had a team voucher that was going to expire any day now so they went above and beyond the Call of Duty. There is also a better selection of gear in there as they have taken over part of the Falcons floor space as well.
