This is hands down THE BEST martial arts academy ever. I have never been a part of such a supportive, open, and friendly group sport. I was really shy to go to my first class but there was nothing to be worried about. My first class everyone greeted me and cheered me on. The Sihings instructors are phenomenal and make me laugh while we seriously train. You will learn so many things from one single class that you can use to defend yourself immediately. I joined the academy for self defense as a woman in this crazy world. There are other women there in high levels I have to look up to and train with. Dont think anyone is going to go easy on because of gender. You are really training and sparring with classmates of all levels. These classes are preparing you to defend yourself in a real life situation. I joined about 2 months go and am basically addicted. Im so encouraged in class and keep getting better. If you are on the fence about coming to check it out, dont be. Its a bunch of awesome people passionate about WingChun who wish to share it. I highly, highly recommend it. I feel like a total badass and I'm not even Lvl 1 yet! I love Atlanta WingChun!!

One of the most interesting aspects of the training is as you move through the training you are always paired with a student at a higher level. I didn’t know how much I had learned until I found that I was the higher student in a pairing and I actually had a lot to pass on. You learn easily because you’re having fun while you’re learning. There’s no additional pressure because of your age or gender and everyone participates. Give it a try if you’re interested in a self defense class for adults that’s both applicable and fun. D Smith

Here’s what I love about this place and why I never want class to end. 1: The masters are extremely patient with beginners. If you’re unsure of how to do anything and they go way above and beyond to help you learn until you’ve got the techniques down. Always 2: They work with all us at our individual pace. 3: The atmosphere is very friendly and everyone supports each other throughout the whole processes. Like a team on a journey. 4: They make you feel comfortable like you’re right at home. 5: the masters here live and breathe what they teach. When it comes to wingchun history, they are a walking encyclopedia over 30 years of training in Wingchun from genuine masters 6: This WingChun School is for anyone who is looking to learn how to handle & win a street fight situation. It’s not a martial arts sports school. 7: the masters teach all of us to respect each other, respect life, and never use this to gain up on anyone or bully; under any curcstances. 8: VERY Affordable for anyone looking to learn genuine Wingchun Combat self defense. 9: FUN group, fun classes, halarious personal masters. 10: at this school As time goes on you transform into a strong, confident, displined student.
