Our dryer died and Atlantic Appliance Repair was able to come out the next day to service it. The technician, Vick, was prompt, professional and courteous. He diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and went above and beyond by shortening the air duct hose as it was too long even though it was left from a prior installation. He also swept the excess lint that had collected underneath the dryer. We will not hesitate to contact Atlantic for future service needs.
Great experience with Atlantic. I contacted them for an issue I was having with my gas range and they were able to diagnose and repair quickly. Mr. Singh was the technician who was assigned and he was extremely polite and professional. I would definitely work with Atlantic again if I have issues with other appliances.
Just had Vic come over to fix our Samsung dryer that needed a new belt. He came within 15 minutes I called Atlantic's phone number...on a Saturday AND Christmas Eve! Vic not only quickly replaced the belt with a new one, but he cleaned out the lint that was inside/beyond the lint catcher. I've used them before and found their reps to be professional and timely. I also like how they're a local and small business in NoVA. Thank you Vic and Atlantic for your prompt service and hope you all stay warm this holiday season.
Vick was wonderful! He came out the same day and installed our new dishwasher two days before Christmas.
I called another repair service yesterday to fix my dryer. They gave me a window but no one showed up so I called them to let them know no one had contacted me and that I would like to cancel the service. At that point it was after 5 PM. I looked online and found Atlantic and I’m very glad I called them! The gentleman on the phone was very nice, said someone could come out between 2-6 the next day. The technician Jassi was delightful, he called to say he was on his way and was even early which was great! He did a wonderful job, repaired the dryer, and the cost was very reasonable. This was my first encounter with Atlantic but will definitely not be my last!! Thank you!!!
Vick helped me with our Samsung dryer that suddenly stopped heating. He was helpful in explaining what was wrong, installed a new heating system, and cleaned out the dryer as the inside had backed up with lint. He told me how often I need to get it cleaned to avoid it happening again. He even thoroughly cleaned up when he left. I will definitely call them again if I ever have more appliance issues!
Their representative, Hicham, repaired my refrigerator twice. he is extremely knowledgeable, punctual, and customer oriented. I highly recommend him and Atlantic Appliance.
Atlantic serviced our Maytag dryer owner manual says to have the inside of dryer checked every two years for lint that cannot be accessed by vent cleaning or lint trap. The tech was great. Did a professional and thorough job for a very reasonable price. I had heard great reviews of Atlantic from several neighbors. We will use Atlantic Appliance Repair for all appliance repair and servicing, and we give them our highest recommendation. Outstanding owner and tech.
Excellent customer service. Mr Ravindra was timely, knew exactly what the issue was with our refrigerator. Extremely professional and humble. Followed up with the details on the parts that I needed replacing shelf in addition to fixing it. Will use them again for any appliance repair. I would highly recommend him!
I work for a property management company and we have been very fortunate to work with Atlantic Appliance for many years now. Their technician's do great work at reasonable prices. They are always honest on whether or not they think the the appliance is worth repairing or if we would be better off to replace.
