Ig: @iamjohnpau I’m a new here in atlanta and I did enjoy my stay here in this building and also liked the service and facilities of our apartment.

Kevin and his staff have been wonderful during my time living in the building. Courteous, respectful, and always professional. All front desk staff have been good, but in particular,  Brandon sticks out as a shining star above the rest. If looking for a young and trendy building to call your home, Atlantic House is definitely it!

The leasing office was super helpful getting me into the right apartment! In particular Paris in the leasing office went above and beyond to make sure I got the right fit! Kevin and Brittney also backed her up and supported as well! Big thanks to everyone!

Great location. Great views. Great management. Only issues are some minor problems with the garage gate and the occasional fire alarm but that’s to be expected in a high rise. 10/10
