Customer 0023139 Atlantic Refrigeration & Air Conditioning provided outstanding service within 2 hours. It was a hot 92 degree day and our primary hvac system stopped working. The professional technician arrived, dawned blue booties and diagnosed the problem immediately. Dan was extremely knowledgeable and explained each step in detail. We were completely satisfied and treated fair. Dan Reville's service earned the company a new contract and a customer for life. I give Atlantic Refrigeratoration and their staff 10 golden stars. I cannot express enough our thanks collectively to Andrew, Connor, Kim, Chris, Royal, Carlos & Travis for going above & beyond during the January Bomb Cyclone and replacing a heat pump that died at the most inappropriate time. Their customer service in light of all hell breaking loose was exemplary, with extra special thanks to Andrew, Connor & Kim for their help & assistance before, during and following installation.
