Overall they are good rental company for event rentals. Crew arrives on time if not early. They move a bit slow unloading the truck so plan extra time if you are looking to have other hands setup chairs- They are stacked in back of truck and come off last. They do have service where they can do it for you. So weigh out your options if pressed for time. Be sure to keep any broken glass/plates pieces and get insurance on items- will help you later.

"Everyone at Atlas is always so wonderful and professional to work with. It is always a pleasure going into the showroom and warehouse for picks up and drop offs. Everything is so clean and organized. I know that only the highest quality will arrive at my events.
   The customer service and one on one attention that all their staff provides is outstanding. Sarah & Tiffany take great care of me and I can't imagine myself going anywhere else. Atlas is the best.

Atlas always does a great job for us when we are ordering rentals for Moonlight Mixology's events.  Thank you for being so consistent!

I would not give them even one star. They were rude, insisted on delivering during the one hour in the two day window during which I was unable to be at my facility, did not call as stated before pickup but actually talked a neighboring business into letting them into my business where I have thousands of dollars of artwork to pick up the chairs and tables without so much as calling me. Meanwhile, I had waited the entire day, down the street, for their call. This is the rudest, most incompetent rental agency I have ever dealt with. They compromised the security of my business today. If that's worth a few beaten up chairs and tables, go for it.

Atlas is great! Great Customer service and very nice employees! All rental Products are great, no issues at all.
