I’ve used their mail forwarding service for the last 2 1/2 months and they have been great! I haven’t had any issues with notifications or requesting someone to pick up the mail for me. In fact, I was really surprised how efficient and accommodating they have been.
I've been using parcel plus for a few months and im super impressed with the convenience and timeliness of the notifications of incoming mail. There's a really convenient app they use to notify you with details and photos. This service has been a life saver during my change of address and I was really in need. The gentlemen that work at night when I go are always polite and very helpful and do the job well. I'm very grateful for the service and the team. Thanks a lot!
I recently had an unexpected issue with a package where I needed to void the transaction very soon after initially dropping the item off at Parcel Plus Belle View for shipping. Kyle was SO helpful and quick. I really appreciated his assistance and knew I wouldn't have received that type of customer service at one of the big shipping companies UPS, FedEx. It made a huge difference that I could call Parcel Plus directly and immediately speak to someone who actually works in the store as opposed to navigating a corporate automated answering system trying to reach a representative. Thanks so much for your help, Kyle!!
I love this place. I use their anytime mail service because i travel quite a bit for business and i am not able to receive my business mail. the response time is superb and anytime i have a question, i get a fast response. the processing is very dependable. i highly recommend this place if you need a virtual mailbox.
I love this place, use it often, and am so happy it is close by for so easily having items packed and shipped. The guys have always been nice nice and helpful. The copy machine and fax has really come in handy, and they have a selection of nice greeting cards. Have never been anything but pleased.
Not the most pleasant or professional place. I mostly use it to drop off UPS packages because it's the only place nearby. Usually dread going there. They used to NOT give you a receipt for the UPS package so I would spend time worrying what happened to the package. Now they have started giving give you a receipt AMEN!! but look at you angrily when you ask for one. Like they have just been held up at gunpoint. They act like doing their job is a huge burden. Not the best trained staff. Once the guy gave me a FedEx receipt for a UPS package simply because it was lying around and he couldn't be bothered to print out the UPS receipt. This place is only to be used in emergencies. I wish they would act more professional.
Friendly staff, but my package was returned to me twice by the shipping company as the staff did not attach the necessary invoice which I printed and provided for international shipping.
This is my 3rd time trying this location. The first time the middle aged white guy acted as if he had no interest at all in helping me. The 2nd time it was a young white girl who was super friendly which made me return for this 3rd and final time. The young Asian guy upon approaching him tells me to just put my packages on a rack behind me. I ask, which is common, if I would get a receipt. He said yes, scanned my items and then asked me again to put them somewhere else on a rack. My standard location in Clinton, MD must have me spoiled because their customer service is above excellent. This place is so non customer service oriented.
I had to ship to a PO Box, they told me UPS was the best/quickest way. $21 for an 8.5x11 envelope 2-day service. Called me later to say they had to change to USPS and the price was the same. I checked online. Should have been no more than $7.20 plus some reasonable $1? handling. The price was a ripoff and the whole interaction just came off as dishonest. I will not go back. I am OK with a business making money, but don't lie and price gouge.
So... I do not like using small businesses for shipping, like this one, because they rip off people for shipping. My husband has shipped 2 packages with Parcel Plus. They are a shipping partner for UPS, FedEx and USPS. They don't seem to offer all shipping options that USPS and the others offer and their rates from these same companies are inflated by about 30% or more. I knew the exact weight and dimensions of my package and UPS quoted the shipment at $42... We were charged $63 for some reason for ground shipping from this store. I had wanted to use USPS, but my husband chose UPS and this store did not provide him all the available options for shipping and charged him more than UPS would have charged for the same service. I don't know why they overcharge. Perhaps for convenience? I would not mind paying a reasonable amount more to ship from a small business. I do like to support small businesses. If the upcharge were reasonable and the shipping service was timely, I would be happy to pay a little extra. I called their parent company "Annex Brand Inc" the parent company told me they wouldn't be able to do anything with a franchise and upcharges are at the discretion of each individual franchise. I called the store, knowing full well what the outcome would be. "Kyle" regurgitated some nonsense about the whole ordeal and offered me 10% off on my next shipment and told me it sounds like I need to talk to my husband about the issue. He told me second day priority would have been $105, which is a 200% mark up from what USPS costs. Yesterday, second day priority mail would have gotten to Texas in time and cost about $34.50 from USPS. So yes, my husband made a more prudent decision, as it was explained to him, to ship the package for over $60 via UPS not USPS ground which was a 50% mark up over the cost from UPS for ground, which was $42. The package is still sitting at Parcel Plus and has not been picked up by UPS.
