I called just to inquire if the company could help me with a specific title service. The receptionist who answered my call was immediately rude to me. She abruptly cut me off before I could even finish giving my name; then proceeded to speak to me an an annoyed and harsh tone telling me she knew my name because it came up on her caller ID. I then tried to explain what I was calling for; was interrupted again, then asked for my name and why I was calling so she could leave a message for someone. I will not be using their services.
