Urgently ready to tell you to leave if they can’t bill your insurance. Brenda emergency RN great at constantly interrupting your medical question to tell you she’s “not getting involved” . Gentleman at reception polite and I appreciate his efforts with trying to get me more help.

Not familiar with these visits, was our first time regardless of all the comments on the scale of fees. Turns out to be fine, process was seamless, walked-in with no crowd, helpful and courteous nurses, got in and out in some time, but not too much of a pain. Great experience

Recently went to this location for a foot injury. Very professional staff. Quick wait time to be seen by doctor, x-ray, wrapping of foot, and providing of crutches. I will come back to this location for future urgent care needs. Friendly staff. Clean facility.

Such a wonderful staff overall everyone showed absolutely generous concern and sympathy during my medical treatment. Very knowledgeable and understanding to the patients care. Just wanna thank each one of you at atrium urgent care @ morehead.

During these crazy times, one must be patient. The process for COVID testing isn't always swift but just to know we can get this test and it's results in the same day is reassuring. I think Atrium is doing a great job and the nurses and staff are kind and patient.
