Attorney Juscha E.M. Robinson

I recently sold my house without using realtors and chose Juscha to be my attorney. She definitely lives up to the outstanding reviews. I was very impressed with her quick responses to my general inquiries and she was very thorough in her explanations. Being new to the process of selling a house, I was very appreciative of Juscha leading me through the steps that needed to be taken and making sure I didn’t forget anything. I concur with the other reviewers that she had a calming presence and that I never felt rushed or worried during the process. Also, while Juscha was on vacation, another person from the firm quickly responded to a question of mine. I have and will continue to recommend Juscha to anyone I know who’s stepping anywhere near the real estate market. Not to mention, I found her rates to be incredibly reasonable. She helped me a lot and I greatly appreciate it!

My wife and I were referred to Juscha by a local real estate firm. Juscha's knowledge and experience were quite evident; we felt we were in good hands throughout the selling process. She was easy to contact and always responded to us promptly. We highly recommend Juscha!

My wife and I turned to Juscha's help to close our first home sale. The couple we purchased our house from drew out the process and threw multiple hurdles along the way. Juscha went out of her way to provide us with fantastic support and advice despite the annoyances the sellers introduced along the way. Juscha has a very down to earth personality. She also did a great job of walking us through the closing paperwork both before and during the closing process.
