I bought many items from this place many times. They have tons of stuff at decent prices usually. The first time I bought 2 dehumidifiers, one worked but one didn't. Both said tested and worked. Didnt find that out for a week. I never asked for refund ..its the chance you take. Some of clothing items weren't the size stated and one was a set of 6 things but only one in the bag.. but not worth the hassle of returning..make good garage sale items. I simply don't bid on electronic stuff anymore. Too much money to loose but happy with the other 200+ items purchased over the years. Staff and owners are great and friendly..very efficient pickups.

WARNING!!!! I purchased items that would not turn on when plugged in. I didn't check them immediately, because I have purchased from other auctions without a problem. Within a week I call to inform them and was basically told I'm stuck with expensive junk. First I was told I could have gotten a refund if I had let them know in a week. Then it was 4 days. Then I was told I could come and look at the items for next bid. Why would purchased anything else when I'm stuck with, not 1 but 5 items that don't work. Be careful if you are buying from here. If they button for zero stars that's what I would have selected.

Drove an hour to pick up the items I purchased. 2 of the 5 more expensive game cases were empty. Instead of doing a partial refund on just those games, they said I either have to keep everything or return everything. It just wasn't worth the price to keep the others so I asked for a full refund. Wasted an hour driving, I've never had another auction place say I have to return everything when one thing is broken before. I don't get how you list an item for auction without checking to make sure it's in the box, the box wasn't even sealed, it was a Nintendo Switch game, all they had to do was take 1 second to open the case. EDIT: It's now been over a month and I still have not received the refund. Every time I call it says they are closed. EDIT 2: Got the refund mentioned above after about 5 weeks. I had to come back and change my review though because the last 3-4 times I’ve gone there, the staff have been incredibly nice and very helpful. So I’ve changed my initial review from 1 star to 4 star.

Buyer beware. After years of purchasing,leaving site. Too many broken items. Do not rely on photos. Two other auction sites in area.

I have been going here for years, I have watched this great auction house grow and not lose the identity that attracted me in the first place. For those complaining about items bought not working: my tip is- read the description and they usually if not always say if it was tested or not and the outcome. If it’s untested I bid conservatively, knowing that risk is on me. These folks will go out of their way to see a smile on your face and keep you as a return customer; they are good, honest and helpful people- keep up the great work Tim, Melissa and company.

I have won items from this auction a few times. they send an email with an appointment time and picking up items is very efficient. The owner is hilarious and likes to joke around with customers too. Will def be back.
