It makes me sad that there are so few of these shops left. Scott & Steve are both terrific guys that patiently answered all my questions. While they both know much much more than I do on the topic of home audio, not once did I feel like that. It was like 3 old friends discussing their hobby. I ended up getting a fantastic deal on a current Mcintosh piece. Personalized service, like back in the day, by two gentleman that clearly eat, sleep and breathe this stuff AND they were less expensive than the Internet or big box stores. I really couldn't be happier and will definitely be back.

Audio Concepts were able to fix an ongoing problem with our TV, they installed new equipment and TV and the installers really new their stuff! However, we were disappointed when only after 1 week the new TV bracket (holding a large TV) broke and needs replacing or repairing. We also ordered a high quality 3D DVD player, then after it was installed we got a phone call to say... sorry, but the one they installed is not the one you ordered, we couldn't get that one so we replaced it with a much cheaper one. Huh, and you decided not to tell us until after it was installed??? Technical guys/installers GREAT - Sales and customer care AVERAGE
