The sale person Alex is a good person. The team over there is awesome at the Indian school location.hands down too installer Lucas, dude is awesome he made the custom box for the kickers so X 10 inch as you see on the picture! He also installed all the wiring and the kicker warhorse amplifier and the bass knob and everything you see on the picture.. just let Lucas do his thing and everything will come out perfect! Very happy good job you guys over there on Indian school Road..
Probably some of the best in person Customer service I have received. Manny and his team were really helpful and knowledgeable! Thank you for my installation of my new car play system and backup camera. My car has an older stock radio, so purchasing one off of Amazon was a nice alternative. The install team did a great job hiding all the extra chords and cables for the back up camera as well.
Great help and support! They installed this awesome 10.1” Sony head unit in my Jeep about a year ago. It has been awesome! I had a bracket break and the stereo started cutting out after some off road adventures bumpy dirt roads. I called and they had me bring it in. They fixed it for just the cost of the part that broke, which was $25! This is one of the few great businesses still around today!!
Manny helped us and was very friendly and knowledgeable. My truck was completed early and then Manny spent a good amount of time explaining how to operate everything and made sure I was confident before I left. The vehicle was clean and I could tell the technicians really knew how to install everything so it looks like it came from the factory. Very happy!
Great sub amp install! Manny was very friendly and helpful. Prices were very reasonable, install was great and very clean, and they even followed a custom request for how to set up the amp connection to be able to revert to stock if needed. Awesome!
Picked up my truck today , as I was inspecting installation I noticed that where they tucked the amp under the the front passenger seat they tore the upholstery . I asked politely how we could fix the issue . The person that sold me the system told me that I tore the upholstery . I stated that the truck is brand new and had 380 miles on the truck and why would I tear my own truck up. He was firm on this .I then stated that I will be calling corporate as it was closing. I called the automated number and was told that the person would not be available until Tuesday and to call back then. Needless to say I will call back on Tuesday to try and resolve the issue . To be determined!
If i could leave 100 stars I would! So happy I went to audio express for my new radio and push start! Alex was professional, knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. He answered all my questions and made sure I was happy with my choices. A true expert in his field. He got me in the very next day for the installation and on my way so quickly. Thanks again audio express I absolutely love my new touch screen radio and push start! Will definitely be sending over people and returning for all my audio needs
My car had very old after market locks and went to three other locations to try and fix them. The team here were incredibly helpful, quick and knowledgeable. I will be back and highly recommend!
This is for For Audio Express in Tucson, Arizona on Oracle Road that place is a joke. They all smoke weed there they lie they break equipment they don’t fix or honor any guarantees. I wouldn’t take my car there never ever again.said they replaced amp ? Didn’t know I kept receipt and serial number and matched comes back to the same amp that they never !
Went in to get an amp for my truck to power a pair of p1 subs. I did some research and when I got there they reccomended a higher power amp by 400watts. And I am glad I got it. I have a work truck that puts out beautiful sound and when I feel like it will bump with the rest of sub lovers. Great job on customer service I’d rec omens them to everyone
