Audio Video Connections

My parents had their whole home wired by another local “HighTech” company and after seeing and experiencing that debacle I knew I would use someone else when the day came for my own home theatre. While my entire project was very simple and consisted of wiring up some speakers and hooking them into a receiver I never felt like I was just a second thought. Daniel arrived on time, everything was done properly and cleaned up afterwards. Since the install I have had some time to test the system and could not be happier! He went over everything with me and set up all my remotes too, so happy with this company and Daniel. A lot of the other guys in town didn’t want to help with my small project, never responded to me etc so it was a relief to hear from Mark. I will recommend them to all my clients and friends without hesitation and certainly use them to convert my extra bedroom into a full fledged theatre ( a fact I withheld while having this project done to make sure I was dealing with a reputable company).

Mark is a pleasure to do business with. He consulted with us on a surround sound system. He offered us options and provided honest recommendations without any sales pressure. He installed the speakers and hid all the wires in the walls and ceiling, including the power and cable tv cords. His staff was courteous and professional, and answered all our questions, we had plenty of questions. His service after the sale has been prompt and most helpful.
