Augustana Care

The staff at Augustana Minneapolis are kind and work hard to meet the various needs of residents which includes nursing, social services, dietary and activities. I would recommend checking out this facility and talking with staff if you have a loved one who could use the support of a skilled nursing facility.

Employees poor attitudes affecting level of care. Would NOT recommend.

Great place to work! Very friendly staff, very welcoming environment, and the residents are the icing on the cake! I would highly recommend Augustana Care as a place of employment and as a service provider. They truly care about people.

Business staff is extremely inexperienced and lacking of empathy. Their communication is amateurish and inconsistent. In fact, it was confrontational and forced me to seek other avenues of emergency care for my loved one. I was extremely disappointed in every encounter.
