AuM Body & Soul Spa was founded on eastern practices of healing and holistic living with its therapeutic services integrating Ayurvedic practices. More than just a spa, AuM Body & Soul aims also to be a place of healing and rejuvenation. The 3,000-square-foot spa offers a relaxing and tranquil ambience, with soft music of ocean waves and meditative chants playing in the background. Nine treatment rooms are available, and natural and organic products from Aveda and Banyan are used. The spa also has a yoga and meditation room, and free daily meditations are offered. Exclusive treatments from Aveda, such as body wraps, massage, and facials are offered, along with Ayurvedic doctor consultations, OxyPod treatments, reiki, waxing, threading, manicures, pedicures, children's yoga and meditation, outdoor yoga and meditation, and primordial sound meditation. Showers and a sauna are also available. Special events are hosted every month with guest lecturers as well.
