Oct - 22 Update: I was reached out to by the new manager of this location and she said they were fully aware of how poor this location was being ran and were working hard to repair their reputation. I've since ordered a few times via their app and everything has been solid each time. I havent been in person yet but I expect things are now ran correctly. Auntie Anne's pretzels are king and im glad to see this location is now in good hands! Aug - 22: I've visited the location a few times and its always been pretty poorly ran. I Just ordered online for delivery and they were missing items from my order. Don't understand why this place is so scuffed. Pretzels are always good af though..

They didn’t wear gloves, I asked about it and he just looked at me. My son wanted the pretzel so I got it only to find a hair. 3/4 workers didn’t have gloves on, the line was long. Whoever the manager is needs to do a better job because this is absolutely unacceptable.

Don’t see any menus put up. But the store inside the mall is pretty popular with huge queues. Service is quick. My friend really loves the original plain pretzel at Thai store.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. My nine year old niece and I really wanted a pretzel, but the rude and unkempt looking staff were busy making pretzels instead of ringing up customers. We waited over 10 minutes when the line did not move, I finally asked if anyone was on the register, the girl answered rudely that she got them making pretzels, when a young man tried to help she told him no and to get back to putting the minis in the cup. I then walked off without a pretzel, she began cussing and running her mouth. .She should be fired asap because she has no idea how to run a shift. I won't be revisiting this location again. Rule number one, take care of your customers and get the money. She can't even do that!

UPDATE: Since they realized I hold everyone Including myself to a certain standard. And that I ain’t playing. I hold you to that. Auntie Anne’s gladly accepted the responsibility and stepped their game up. So far…Bumped to 3 stars. Keep up the good work. You may earn a Four Star. Ty! PREVIOUS REVIEW 1st Impression Trash. Everyone here is lazy. I work in the mall. They move slow as hell and I been trying to get hot dog bites all day. They just ain’t making enough of them or even trying to. On top of that the register is almost always down and they have it cash only at that point. But overall it’s impossible to get what you want at this location because no once comes to actually work They just hang out. There are way too many people working here for them to never have anything

Unnecessarily rude staff. I went and asked the lady if they happened to have cheese sauce or sour cream to dip in and the lady said they didn't have cheese but they had sour cream. I ordered sour cream dip and some pretzel bites and the lady said they also have sour cream and onion bites, but I said I'd just like the regular with the sour cream dip. She then said they didn't have the dip, just the bites. I said ok and left. While I was leaving, the lady behind the one who spoke to me loudly said "what is wrong with her. You clearly said we didn't have sour cream" and the first lady went on complaining about me. I'm sorry I apparently didn't hear her correctly the first time? Maybe if they had used that loud volume to tell me everything originally, I wouldn't have misheard them. No need to be rude. I didn't even give them a hard time. At least wait until your customer is gone to talk about them. Horrible.

$5.99 and 20 mins wait for this burning mini dogs. Do you train your employees how to make the food? 20 mins wait for this is a waste of time. I’m willing to wait because I love your guys pretzel. I’m a fan of it but this is ridiculous!!!!

Opens at 11:00 am. At 11:45, NOTHING was ready, 2 employees with attitudes, then, one decides to count the cash drawer, 45 minutes after opening. 3 people just walked away. Nice job.

Horrible customer service. I came there Tuesday 1-4-2022 around 3pm. I wanted a pretzel. All they had was two large pretzel nuggets. There's no telling how old those were and I didn't ask for bites I wanted a pretzel. The other workers were in the process of making pretzels. I actually would have waited. The cashier said I have nuggets. Never offered some pretzels will be coming up in a few mins. She was gun hold on selling me the nuggets. I said I would come back but I never did. It's not that hard. There should have been one or two of everything anyway, not 2 large pretzel cups. I went to Great American and got some cookies instead.

Stopped by for a some food and noticed THEIR FOOD SERVICE PERMIT HASN'T BEEN UPDATED IN CUSTOMER VIEW SINCE 2019. It's almost August 2022. And on top of that the DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH SCORE IS MISSING. I said to the cashier after taking a picture, if they plan on updating that and he said "I ain't got nothing to do with that, I just work here". You mean to tell me no one has noticed that in 3 years?! Wild... needless to say I threw out the food, not posting new permits is suspicious
