Auntie Anne's

Incredibly rude young male hispanic worker. Made scene in front of my and my friends and her kids. They had very burnt blackened pretzel items in the display case. My friend nicely and calmly asked if they had anything fresh or was making anything fresh and he snappishly answered "these ARE fresh! I just made them!" At same moment I was talking to my daughter who wanted pretzel bites and I said to her "but they are too burnt to eat". He overheard us and looked over those in line in front of us, gave me a dirty look and loudly proclaimed "AND YOU don't have to BUY them"! He repeated it a 2nd time louder. I looked him straight in the eye and said "I know .AND YOU don't have to disrespect me." All 7 of us walked next door and ordered from that shop instead. Burnt items and very rude workers. I doubt the owner is making much money off the terrible employees. I definitely don't recommend!

The workers are very rude an unprofessional to their customers. They seem miserable with their jobs and they take it out on their customers. The wait time is extremely long, as they are very short staffed. One of the workers didn't give a customer the correct change and when she counted her register and realized she did not give the proper change, she was disrespectful and threw the money at the customer. There are plenty of other Auntie Anne's, don't go to this one. Total wait time for a lemonade and mini pretzel dogs approximately 20 minutes..

I would give it a zero stars if I could. Employee was very rude and did not want to sub anything even though I was going to pay the difference. I wanted nacho cheese dip and gave me regular cheese... And charged me 99 cents per dip...then Forgot one of my drinks and I had to go back and ask for it. Luckily I had the receipt. Never once apologized for anything. Horrible customer service! I will never go to another Auntie Anne's ever again!

What a joke! I will never visit this location and possibly any other location based on service. They had 40 different items on display but told me they were closed to restock.. I would have probably bought at least 3 items just sitting in front of me but the two girls were way to busy chatting to stop for 2 minutes to take care of a now not so loyal of a customer. The WORST SERVICE EVER! SO SAD!!

We grabbed a pretzel dog late Friday night, it was so delicious it melted in your mouth. A few days later we got one on the strip after a show and it was so hard and gross I couldn't even chew it!! Props to the cook at circus circus we will definitely only go back to this location.

I AM STILL JUST SO IN SHOCKED here’s a copy of a text message I sent the district manager but here’s what happned, on 9/6/18 “Hi Michael, I am a customer from the boulevard mall and I was about to make purchases of pretzels and drinks until my daughter and i literally just seen your employee first nicholas s. which we found out he was the store manager and gave me your number rubbed his nose and continued having a conversation with your other employee vanessa who flipped her hair into a bun from her hat and as we were going give our order she did not try and go and wash her hands or anything. That is very unprofessional and very unsanitary especially doing it out in the open where customers can see them. Because this was a VERY BIG TURN OFF FOR US! AND WE REALLY HAD OUR MOUTHES SET for almond pretzels and i apologize for disturbing but we felt as if you should be aware of this matter. ” Follow up so as no response from the district manager i wrote a letter into the contact us web page on 9/7/18 and i see why this location is jus a one point three star rating MICHAEL DISTRICT MANAGER TOLD MY MOTHER OVER THE PHONE SAME DAY AS 9/7/18 THAT STAFF ARE NOT REQUIRED TO WEAR GLOVES AND USE TONGS ACCORDING TO THE HEALTH DEPARTMENTS AND THEY DIDNT HAVE TO WASH THEIR HANDS AFTER TOUCHING THEIR BODY , PICKING THEIR NOSES, GOING TO THE BATHROOM, ETC. OH AND WITH NICK BEING STORE MANAGER TEXTING OUT IN THE OPENING THIS IS JUST BEYOND DISGUSTING!

Do not go there the workers are very horrible thry rude they answe the phone like its there house phone.They have ants in their lemonade machine and still sale them to customers.The general manager let her employess talk to her any kind of way.She has a whole family that work there and also people thats not on the payroll she let come work in their.And the good part dont know body have a health card.

Very bad. Did not carry any juantons or chicken-fried rice. All I got were weirdly shaped corn dogs WITHOUT ANY MEAT! Highly dissapointed, will come again.

Cashier had an attitude for NO REASON AT ALL....must have been having a bad day
