The framer is a wonderful man, funny, genuine, and good at what he does. The owner is a lovely person to talk to as well. They have a rotating selection of always interesting art. Really cool pottery too.

In the past I was always thrifty in my framing decisions. In decorating our new home, our designer suggested we have our decades old woodcut prints by a good regional artist reframed by Aurora. The difference was phenomenal, in some cases transforming the entire room. They always got it right, enhanced but never overpowered the original work. They wanted photos of the room to make sure the frame size was right for other things. They are kind, expert, not the least bit snooty, and offer a great discount if you do 3 or more pieces. One of the best decorating choices we could have made. I would never go elsewhere.

A classy gallery where I feel proud to show my work. Framing is done in a sensitive way which enhances the artwork. Artists who display there get a discount for framing, but I’m aware that the regular retail prices are better than the so called discount franchise framers across the river. Highly recommend.

I was on vacation in the area with the possibility of moving to the area and stopped in here as the second gallery as an artist to check out and was shocked at how friendly the young man was and how willing he was to explain what they offered and about the work. It was appreciated.

I discovered Aurora when I wanted to repurpose some frames and needed new matting for them. I called the big standard framing places and then thought to call Aurora because I live close by. I assumed they would be more expensive but maybe the convenient location would make it worthwhile. I was surprised and thrilled to get a quote for half the price of Michaels and Beards. I've been going ever since for framing and they always point out colors or textures I wouldn't have thought of to accent this or that, and sometimes gently and wisely explain why my color choice may not be a great idea. :o They are always very conscientious about cost, as well.

Every time I visit Aurora gallery i’m delighted to see the fine artwork that this place is showing and offering for sale, I my self, can only give the highest rating to Aurora gallery. All the artwork I brought down to be framed, was properly handled and beautifully done, only after did my artwork really shined. Thank you Aurora staff it’s a pleasure to do business with you. Wonderful art! But there was a woman who made me feel so awful and alienated for thinking that an artist would be interested in trade. Had she left it at that instead of insulting me and implying that im not professional I would have been more inclined to just purchase then and there. Instead I felt I had to leave because her attitude was so negative. The other woman was very nice, maybe she should handle the public instead.

Excellent, knowledgeable staff. Framing and restoration services are of the highest quality. They display a wide variety of original art. I cannot recommend this gallery highly enough.
