Always had GREAT customer service there. Been going there for 13 yrs. I prefer them over HOME BIG BOX any day. Only once that I can recall they did not have what I needed.

crooks! Had them check out a water heater at my disabled elderly moms house. Charged 80.00 to tell her she needed a new water heater for 1700.00! Got a second opinion, thankfully because all it needed was a thermocoupler replaced, 7.50 plus labor from second guy. This place is a rip off preying on elderly people. Shame on you!
