I adore Dr. Mohorek. She is one of the most amazing, kind, caring, and intelligent physicians I have ever been to. She goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable and is honestly interested in what is going on in your life. She will catch the little things. Her nurse, Jaz is just as wonderful and shows the same level of concern and compassion. These two are a dream team and if you are lucky enough to get to work with them on your health you will be in the best of hands. I totally trust those two with my health and therefore life!
Excellent place for chiropractic care. Parking in the rear is adequate. Scheduling can be a challenge and urgent appointments generally not available always at least a week out. But staff is friendly and helpful, and Dr Alloy is skilled and knowledgeable. Recommend
The best clinic that I have been too! I’ll start with acupuncture. Carolyn is my acupuncturist. By the six session I was able to regain feeling in the back and shoulder, and helped with my ability to walk seeing that I have feeling again. She also informed me of the many great services such cranial sacral therapy which I took part in as well. It helped tremendously with diminishing neck pain. She also guided me to Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment, or OMT also one of the best therapy treatments that I have done today. Carolyn also pushed me to continue to work on my health with excercise and eating healthy. After 5 years of back pain, irregular gait, neuropathy, migraines, and mild paralysis. I haven’t felt this great since before my injuries first started. I am overwhelmed with joy at the results I received while at the Aurora wise lives clinic. I have an up and coming appointment with an integrative medical doctor at the Aurora wise lives center also a recommendation of the very knowledgeable Carolyn ! Even the front desk staff is amazing ! More reviews coming! I needed to give Carolyn her well deserved props.....
Dr. Elizondo is by far the best doctor I've ever had. I've had about 6 primary doctors in my life thus far. She listens to you and takes the time to explain things. She is very receptive and respectful of what my goals are or what my comfort levels are. I've connected with her via Aurora's Messaging system where you message your doctor's office, and I've been so appreciative of her quickness and compassion. I never wait more than 5 minutes to see her. Sometimes in the early morning appointments there isn't someone at the front desk, but normally someone will walk by and check me in. This is probably due to getting an earlier or later than normal appointment when the front desk is staffed, and I'm fine with it.
I've been a patient at this clinic for over 20 years, and have been seen by various providers. My entire family comes here, and we are more than happy with the care that we receive from providers and support staff. Communication with doctors and support staff is very good. I have recommended this clinic to many of my friends and they have also been very pleased. If you visit the Aurora Website you will see that the clinic doctors are highly rated.
AURORA CALL CENTER SUCKS! I'm currently writing this review as I'm on hold to try to make an appointment and it's been over seven minutes just to get a live person. When I asked how to get in touch with the clinic directly, I was told I was not able to do so. EVERYTHING has to go through the call center and that's why it takes forever to get someone on the phone, then they waste your time asking questions they already have the answers to because I'm an established patient and I go there frequently. My address hasn't changed since I was there two weeks ago and if it did, I would have told you so! And the lady who finally took my call couldn't understand why I was so irritated because it literally took 15 minutes to make a doctor's appointment. WTF? Clinic staff is okay at best, but Dr. Mark Robinson is so awesome that I'm willing to put up with it. He is so nice and has helped me immensely! I'd definitely recommend him but if he didn't work at this clinic, there's no way in hell I would continue to go there.
This review has more to do with the facility and the receptionists than it does with the doctors. The receptionists are horrible. While the doctor's that I've seen there are good, based on the other staff I would stir clear of this clinic. Go elsewhere. This has been my experience thus far: 1. My husband had an appointment scheduled for Monday, November 13th at 4:40pm. I called and made the appointment. I then confirmed the appointment via email. On Friday November 10th, he received a phone called from Aurora Wiselives Center canceling his appointment for the upcoming Monday. It was cancelled due to not having doctors at the clinic that late. IF THERE DOCTORS DON'T WORK PAST 4PM, THEN WHY WAS THE APPOINTMENT ORIGINALLY MADE?? 2. My husband had to get lab work done. Aurora Wiselives Center said that they would bill the lab work to the correct company -Lab Corp. I confirmed this on the phone while making the appointment. Guess what, they didn't. They lied to me and sent the bill to ACL Labs -resulting in a huge bill on my part. And don't even get me started on Aurora's pre-certification department. Nothing but troubles that resulted in my MRI not originally getting covered. AGAIN, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. DON'T USE THIS FACILITY.
This review is more for the providers Danielle TonellI and Gupta. I saw mainly Danielle. She did NOT listen to me about what was going on in my body! I had a condition with my female reproductive system that went on for 6 months, ending in a near death experience on an operating table. She tested me for celiac and food allergies, even after I brought up I thought it had to do with a prior procedure. She never followed up on that! So if you like doctors who think they know everything about YOUR body because they went to school she is a great doctor. But if you want someone who LISTENS to you about your body because you live in it, I would not see her!
If I could give this facility a -100 I would. Dr. Denise Elizondo was the worst doctor I've ever met in my whole life. Also the front desk is completely stuck up and very rude especially the receptionist with the long brown hair. Second the doctors here are completely pompous and arrogant with a horrible bedside manner as well as void of compassion and empathy worst experience here in all my life I have never been treated so bad and had such a horrible experience at a doctors clinic.
Dr Elizondo is great. I met with her for 1.75 hours. I've never met with a doctor for that long. She listened to what I had to say and she was actually excited to come up with a plan for me. She provided a good, thorough plan to help my Crohn's disease. Now I just have to stick to it.
