After my own research and then speaking with Mark at Collingswood Sew and Vacuum, the Baby Lock Brilliant sewing machine was recommended by him for my sewing needs and price range. And I picked it up that afternoon! No on-line ordering, waiting, and shipping costs for me! It was a pleasure to work with this shop!
Had a positive experience. My old vacuum was beyond repair. I received several options for a new one. Mark was very helpful, accommodating my hours and putting the new one together for me. I love my choice a Riccar R25P

Took my canister vacuum in for repair unfortunately it's so old they aren't able to get parts for it. They were very nice and showed me some models to replace it. They did not pressure me to buy one on the spot just provided information. They have decent prices so if you are looking for a vacuum check them out.
