Bought my car from honest and friendly

Called to make an appointment and explained that I would need to wait for the vehicle since I would be by myself. The receptionist handed the phone to a guy who said it would take 3 days and if I couldn't leave the vehicle they weren't going to work on it. Isn't that why someone calls to make an appointment?

Who runs this shop now? Had a great reputation but after new owners and staff changes in 2017 or so, quality had changed for the worse. Sad...the service advisor person there can't hear and doesn't communicate with customers well.

They are the best around I have been going to Conrad for 30 years you won't find anyone as honest as Conrad and he knows how to work on anything

Great people they know my name. Never gave to wait long. I generally drive 15 or more miles to see them.

Family member has been doing business with Auto Air specialist for years now. So go there and get your car looked at and see what they can offer.

Over the past three years, I've taken two of my cars to this shop. I could not be more pleased with the help that I received over the phone, the estimate for repairs, and the work that was completed by the guys in the shop. I live about 90 minutes away and this is my go to shop. Thanks guys!
