I walked in for a vehicle inspection. My sticker was soon to expire! The 2 women at the desk were welcoming and understanding, and scheduled me to come back in 2 days. The day of my appointment I arrived 30 minutes early my previous appointment ended early, and they took my car right in. By the time I finished my lunch my car was ready! I will definitely be back! This was my first visit and it was a wonderful experience. Shealyn was awesome! She was very enthusiastic and very willing to help me. I was there for a inspection which I passed. After showing me 2 of my very dirty filters they were able to replace them on the spot. I loved the way they made me feeling. I definitely will be back for all my car needs! I had a puncture in my tire near the side wall. So that meant new tires. Shealyn was awesome she did a good job of delivering the bad news of needing 4 new tires. I had them do an oil change while I did my tire research, and ordered the tires through Shealyn. I came back a few days later to have the new tires installed. I waited in the waiting area, they had wifi and I was able to get some work done. The car was ready quickly and over all it was a pleasant experience . This is great organization; I complement the owners for creating it. Their front line person, Shaylene is an extraordinary person. Her smile comes through the phone; makes you glad you call. She also has encyclopedic knowledge of cars and knows how to explain in layman terms. The facility is very clean and well organized. I walked by the the technician’s work bays and they were very clean. This tell you that this organization pays attention to detail which is most important with mechanical repairs.Their pricing is very fair and they offer as an added value a free loaner car. Most important they stand behind their work, a 5 year guarantee! As a retired business owner with many years of experience this organization provides some of the best service I have ever experienced. Friendly, honest, and very thorough employees here. I am extremely impressed with how nice my experience here was! Being a younger female walking into a an auto care facility can be overwhelming, but the staff here made sure I understood everything they were referring to and even set me up with a cool rewards program! The summary and breakdown of services is also very user friendly and awesome to have access to. Seriously…. Come here. You won’t be disappointed. :

Unfortunate that I have to write this. Filed a complaint with the state police today because these guys failed my Jeep for inspection because the backing plate of the left rear drum brake has slight oil seepage from the axle seal. The statute in the inspection manual calls for failure if the "friction surface is contaminated with oil", which it clearly is not, and they acknowledge it is not. They are failing me preemptively because the seep could hypothetically get worse and then cause an issue. It won't, and if it did I would fix it then, not now. My guess, this will last another 15 years before it becomes a real problem because that's how long the first seal lasted. They will post a reply here saying it is unsafe and I should be ashamed, but look at the photos for yourself. The axle, seal, and brake components are nearly brand new and the brake works 100% today, which they acknowledge. Look at the photos. Brake has not been cleaned by anyone. Anyone who has ever opened a drum brake would think you could eat off of this one. And I'm being failed for it. Not because it's currently unsafe but because it could possibly become unsafe in the future. That is NOT the statute and NOT ok.

Fantastic experience! We had to quickly schedule a pre-purchase inspection regarding a used vehicle and looked around in the area. We were worried that the local autoshops might all be filled up since it was last minute. But to our surprise Auto Care Plus said they could squeeze us in, in the morning and were very kind over the phone. We brought the car and talked to the very kind lady at the entrance and left. After an hour and half we got updated that the inspection was finished and the car could be picked up. They sent us a digital copy of the results and it outlined everything they found and was very detailed. Overall really great experience and great customer service!
