Talk about a an amazing experience. Customer service doesn't get any better than these guys right here, not only did they have my car looking amazing but they made the whole process super easy. They even provided me with a courtesy vehicle while mine was being serviced. John went above and beyond to make sure my car was looking its best before it left his shop.Services: Car waxing

Ordered the full package ceramic auto detailing. To include interior detail, clay bar, paint correction, ceramic treatment to rims, brake calipers, and auto paint. Was disappointed with total product of service. Although accommodating for my busy schedule the product performed on my vehicle was very poor. Interior mats were not washed. Had same scuff marks from dirt on mats. Debris in trunk was not vacuumed. Attention to detail was not met. Paint correction appeared as if nothing was done. Same circular scratches were on paint when I received vehicle back. Who knows if clay bar and paint correction was even completed. I clarified with detailer of what I wanted. I even shared a video on YouTube of paint correction done on same model of my vehicle in the mainland. Extremely poor job on paint correction. They had my vehicle for 2.5 days. Definitely not meeting expectations. Especially for the extremely expensive price I was charged. I was offered for me to take my vehicle to get paint correction completed at another place of my choice and then they would redo the ceramic. I explained that they had opportunity to do a great job the first time and failed. Especially if they expect return customer. I would not trust having full detail done by this company. Maybe a basic ceramic or cleaning on a new vehicle. Since it appears that is all they are capable of. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.Services: Clay bar treatment

They did a good job in the interior but expect to spend a lot of money if you have hard water spots and want them removed. They were very honest about pricing and expectations were met for my vehicle being shipped. My engine bay hasn't looked so clean in years.

My Porsche never looked better following the detailing at Auto Concierge. They were professional, thorough and friendly. Alex and Franklin were exceptional both in their work and customer service. The high quality work is well worth the money. I highly recommend.

Did I get my money's worth? YES and then some! Sergio spent all day on my Ghibli and the ceramic coating is fantastic. Wouldn't you know, after I get my personal lesson on continued care, I drive off and it starts to rain. I drive home in the rain, park in the garage, get out and get ready to wipe it down and, to my surprise, there's not a drop of rain, or water mark to be seen. This coating is truly like glass. I only wish I had found Sergio sooner!

Great work and service. Took my Ghibli for ceramic coating service. Car looks better than she ever did! The guys are patient and will answer any and all questions; I highly recommend. I'll definitely be back.

TELL EVERYBODY YOU KNOW! If you are looking to take your cars appearance to the next level then this is the guy you need to see!! Sergio and his Crew at Auto Concierge Hawaii are absolutely the best automotive appearance geniuses on the Island!! To call these guys detailers would be like calling Michelin Star Chef Gordon Ramsey a Cook. This is not just another wash and wax company. I have used many of what I thought were top detailers to service my cars and they pale in comparison to the results that Sergio has achieved. From the first time I dropped a car with Sergio over two years ago now I have never considered using any other company to care for my vehicles. I regularly used other detailers on monthly basis for years and while my car looked great the day I picked it up the freshly detailed shine would quickly fade. I consistently spent several hundred dollars a month having my car detailed chasing that new car shine, all the while oblivious to the latest techniques in paint correction and restoration, swirl and scratch removal, and automotive coatings that would give my car that better than new shine permanently! If you are looking for a cheap wash & wax this isn’t the guy for you but if you are looking to take your cars appearance to the next level then you have found the right guy!! Got my 2016 Murano detailed on November 17, 2018. My car looked brand new when it was done. Better than the day I got it from the dealership. The whole process took about 4.5 hours. Super happy!

I don’t know about “mad scientist,” but I do know that he is a genius when it comes to auto detailing, paint restoration, swirl correction and concierge services. When I came to pick up my car at Auto Concierge Hawaii and I saw the President/CEO/Owner of the company, Sergio, with a microfiber cloth in his hand and lying on the ground meticulously putting the final touches on a Mercedes S63 AMG. Dropping off my car he was doing the same thing with a Toyota Tacoma. So whether Auto Concierge Hawaii is doing auto detailing on a $120,000 luxury car or a $20,000 truck, the same caring and attention to detail goes into their work. My car is an 2016 Austin Yellow BMW M4. Auto Concierge Hawaii applied a Modesta paint coating to the car. When I took European Delivery of the M4 at the BMW Welt in Munich, Germany, I thought the color shined beyond belief. After the Modesta coating, it absolutely pops. It protects the clear coat and makes it so much easier to clean. It is a must if you live in Hawaii where it rains all the time and there is a ton of construction and dirt that hits your car on a daily basis. I have also used Auto Concierge Hawaii to handle the titling, safety inspection and registration of my 1977 Ford F150 with a 4" lift, extra large tires and a reconstructed engine that came from Mississippi. I couldn't get this beast registered and in the matter of days, I had a Hawaii registration and title.
