This place deserves zero stars. In the last month and a half I’ve been to this auto glass shop 5-6 times. I brought my vehicle in to have my windshield and rear driver side door glass replaced on 04/29/24. The wrong window was ordered, which could have been a miscommunication error on my part. The panel was placed back onto the door, and the correct glass was ordered. The next day I noticed that there was a crack in the panel that wasn’t there before. I spoke with Bailey and she asked me to bring the vehicle back so she can see what I was referring to. This wasn’t a problem because my children attended school approximately 10 mins away from the shop, which was why I chose this glass shop in the first place. I was annoyed by the situation because I had to discover that it was damaged and no one said anything, not to mention it wasn’t a tiny crack. Bailey said she’d speak with the manager about the situation and see about getting it replaced and I was fine with that, but I was still irritated about the fact that it happened no one said anything about it. Not to mention there was some sort of adhesive placed behind the crack, so that led me to believe that someone knew about it. The panel was on back order, but the shop agreed to replace it. Approximately 2 weeks later there was a heavy rain storm and my wiper blades were not working correctly while on the auto setting. I called again and had to bring my vehicle back to figure out why. Turns out the wrong windshield was placed on the vehicle, so I had to come back for that. The windshield came in within that same week and was replaced, but as I was about to leave I realized the mirror wasn’t attached to the windshield. The bracket had come completely off, and Bailey stated I can come back the next day to give the glue some time to cure. I explained once again I couldn’t return the next day because I didn’t live near by and wouldn’t be back in the area until the following week. On June 7th the door panel was replaced, but 2 days ago I noticed that the panel had been secured on top of the shade clip, and I could not pull the shade up. So I went back to the shop because I was in the area and explained this to Bailey, I questioned whether or not if there was a competency or training skills issue with the technicians because at this point has been frustrating having to come back on multiple occasions. Apparently you can’t be frustrated and question whether or not if someone can do their job effectively and efficiently because she took that as me calling the technicians stupid. If you’re trained to do a certain skill and it’s been one problem after another, anyone who’s on the receiving end would question your ability to your job competently. The manager needs to be placed in a leadership and management course because she has no tact. I don’t remember her name, but I know that she’s Native American because a customer asked about her race during one of my many visits and that was her reply. She cut into what I was saying but then got mad because I cut her off because she didn’t let me finish explaining what was going on with my vehicle. Then tried to tell me I’ll have to come back, but I replied telling her I’m not coming back because I’ve had to come back on several occasions and this was just the last straw. She also told the tech I said he was incompetent. He came to the door with an attitude asking me to show him what I was talking about, stating “it pulled right up, since I’m incompetent show me what’s wrong, since I’m incompetent”. I had to ask Bailey to come out so I can show her exactly what I was taking about by showing her a comparison against the door that didn’t need repairs because the clip is damaged, likely because he had to yank it out. There’s more to say about the situation. Yes things were done to correct the prior issues, but you can’t tell someone how to be frustrated about the multiple mistakes done to their property. I wouldn’t return if they’re last glass shop standing. Pics are posted of panel that was replaced and door clips for photo explanations.
The best price around. I always have great experience with them except for this last time. We had appointment time They said it wouldn't take that long 30 minutes 2 hours 30 minutes later still wasn't done when we talked about it he got it done in 15 minutes.
I had the misfortune of a cracked windshield on a car that was less than 6 months old. After shopping a around, I decided to go with Auto Gass Now. The price was less and I was able to schedule the job a lot sooner. I was concerned about the needed recalibration of the car's radar and camera systems but the technician did a wonderful job and I was in and out relatively quick.
The process of getting a quote and making an appointment for my windshield installation was seamless! Bailey was so nice and went out of her way to be understanding. She was very efficient in determining what I needed and getting it ordered in a super timely manner: Having to spring for a new windshield is never fun, but the kindness and efficiency shown by Bailey and the team at Auto glass Now helped to make the experience alot more pleasant! Lastly, I collected quotes from 3 different companies and went with the best price...
Tory came to my house and replaced 3 broken windows in my 2009 corolla . He was so nice and did a great job . I would recommend Auto Glads Now . Great job Tory …
They did great work and were done quickly even though I didn't have an appointment. Far less expensive than competitors and I think they might have fixed a small problem with the interior too. Thoroughly impressed!
Everything went well I even got a cheaper price than what was quoted. Update as of January 29th. All that changed.I work for Rouses on Clearview Pkwy and in the picture of my window that exploded you will see a car parked behind my truck.Luckliy someone witnessed it and went into the store to customer service to report what had happened and they announced it over the intercom anyone who owns a Black Ford Explorer with license plate ###im like wait a minute that sounds like me, I walk outside and see my glass that I just spent almost 600 dollars on in that condition I was like someone did that the Eye witness Randy, said no man I was sitting right here it just exploded and scared the hell out of me,So I called Auto Glass Now only to get the Rude Bailey on the phone I explained what happened she was totally unprofessional acted as if I was lying about what I was saying and I stated I am standing here with a eyewitness her response was alk i can do is quote you for another glass I could Not believe she had the nerve to offer me another glass without trying to assist in replacement due to faulty installation and or defective factory glass. How can you run a business and not do the right thing to and for your customers she wasn't the least bit sorry that it had happened or anything but instead proceeded to argue with me about how sure she was that it would not get replaced. So I called corporate and had a manager contact me, I get a phone call from Jennifer the other rude lady in the office and she says your not getting any replacement I already talked to someone, I said I don't want to talk to you I want to talk to a manager.Well a few hours later I I get a call from the manager Anthony Shoemaker, and he wasn't at all sounding like he was going to do something about it either because of the way he talked. It's a lifetime warranty on them windows and they're saying they don't cover breakage, this is Not breakage this is either factory defective glass or installation error or both.So he said you have pictures send them to me and I will take a look at them and get back with you shortly that was before noon and I still have not heard anything else about the matter. And it's 6:30. I wished I would of read the reviews before doing business with them,All I know is no matter what I have to do to get them to do what they should of done from the beginning and replace the glass I Will do.I won't stop until this is made right.I mean I have a witness who witnessed it.I had to go pay 300 dollars when I left Auto Glass because when I left I noticed my blinkers and taillights wasn't working I called and of course they didn't know anything about it, but the trim in the rear of the truck was all off and never put back on and there was damaged wire s,I mean hell I'm not even gripping about that I just want the glass fixed. You do business with these people enter at your own risk because once they get your money you're nothing to them, shame on Y'all, Just remember God Doesn't like ugly and he doesn't sleep.
Got a quote over the phone. Then got a text message offering an additional $30 off the price if I either texted or called to book. When I called to book I was advised that I had already received a discount and it would not apply. Since there was no mention of any stipulation that the $30 discount had this is a classic case of deceptive marketing which is not only illegal but immoral. As a salesman when I make an offer or someone in my organization makes an offer I need to stand by it even if it were a mistake. This business is poorly managed! I have tried numerous times for over an hour on hold to speak with a manager over issue with no success. Probably not where you should take a vehicle!!!!
I dropped my car off in the morning & 1/2 hrs later it was complete. The workers are pleasantly nice. If I need another window fixed, best believe I’ll be coming back. The prices are not high, & it’s in a great location, thanks Auto Glass I will recommend
I've used this place my whole life for any windshield needs and have never had any issues. Today with an appointment scheduled 3 hour scope of work since something needs to be recalibrated after the windshield is replaced . I opted to stay with my truck as to not inconvenience anyone. After 30mins of waiting I'm told that they can't recalibrate my truck due to the weather light rain but we could wait for a break in the weather. ok that's fine , ten mins later I'm told by the rude lady behind the desk directly behind the counter that my truck cant be calibrated because its lifted. Keep in mind I was charged extra because my truck is lifted and wasn't an issue for calibration. When I told the rude employee this she said "well that's not the case now" "we can change the windshield but you'll have to go to the dealer to have it calibrated." So I figure time spent and we're here might as well get it done and I'll swing by the dealer to see what they can do. Guess again! 10 mins later another employee come out and says that the will be refunding my money because my truck has some code showing. Funny thing is I have a scan tool which shows no codes as well as I have Ford Pass which shows all codes, again no codes. My guess is they didn't have my windshield , either way I wish I would of read through the reviews and saved myself the troubles. For the sweet ladies who work on the left side of that office I feel for you to have to deal with whatever her name is. She was very rude to me as well as anyone she had interactions with, Barking orders to whom ever she spoke with . I won't be spending any more money here.
