I can’t say enough good things about the customer service I received with this team. They not only took care of me to ensure I had a rental for work while they ordered the parts but the entire process was smooth and they took care of my insurance deductible!!! Car came back looking brand new. They did such a great job I had them paint some trim and door handles and once again, it’s perfect. To top it off they have title services here too!!!! Hello guys, I just wanted to share my experience with them. It was fabulous enough words to describe how incredible they were. I had went in to see my options. I had got into a minor car accident where my car had to undergo repairs. They gave me a new car to drive for couple days until it got fixed. The customer service was super nice. One lady name Ganga helped me with everything. She was the best! It was my first time here so she didn’t rush me. I made a new friend! I definitely recommend going here! Highly Highly recommend this business. I’ve come here religiously for any body repair on my vehicles and have never been disappointed with price or the quality of work. I came on my last visit for a stupid accident I had backing through my fence with door open. Damaged door trim and frame. I stopped by and Char checked out immediately. Told him I was going on vacation that day and could leave it for a few days but he wanted to take care of this same day so that I could park my vehicle secure at home for the duration of my vacation. He hit this done for me in 3 hours and at a very reasonable price. I locked myself out of my car a few blocks down from this business and they were were so kind and helpful. They were so willing to help me! I didn’t have my phone or my house keys so I was kinda stranded. They helped me every step of the way and got me back in my car quickly. This is not a normal service of theirs so I really appreciated their generosity.

One of the best auto experience I ever had. The body work they did was absolutely amazing. Couldn’t even notice the difference after the work. Ganga was really helpful with the whole experience and provided the best customer service.

Had my front bumper replaced here. Service was extremely fast and professional. Staff was very pleasant and easy to work with. Took only a couple hours to complete the job after the part was ordered!

They had my car from 9/29 to 11/1/22. The insurance company Kemper Insurance only allowed me 5days for them to fix my car. They did a Terrible job. Don't ever go there. I had to pay for my own rental and be reemburst. They said I could use this Auto Shop. Now they're not paying for the rental only 5dsys. Now I'm out of 1500.Service: Body & Trim

I don’t know what type of shady stuff these people are up to, they tried to charge $80 for an estimate!!! Who does that? I spoke to Mr. Shah on the phone and in person. I came here on Labor Day just to get an estimate for the damage to my car. He tried to charge me $80 just to give the claim adjuster an estimate. I have been to many many body shops in my lifetime and have never ever been charged anything for an estimate. BAD BUSINESS.

Got some body work done to my car due to an accident. At first, I was nervous because my car is a different type of white more a Pearl color when I say they matched my color to the T. Plus they have some of the most kindest people working there especially my girl Ms Gigi. Y'all are truly the best.Service: Body & Trim

These reviews are fake and not reflective of the poor work done at this establishment. My car has been in this shop for two months for a job that was estimated for 2 weeks. I get the run around every time I call, and they lie and backtrack about the progress of my car. Not only will I be leaving a review here but I will get the necessary higher ups involved if I dont get my car soon. This is ridiculous. DO NOT use this shop.
