Went here to get a tail light for my Frontier. I found Chad, the owner, to be helpful and courteous. While the prices quoted over the phone were high, I think you have to deal with the owner in person. I was atctually able to get a better price based on a comparable tail light I just purchased as well as the condition of the item I was purchasing. Seemed like a reasonable person to deal with.
Great service, the owner Chad, was extremely helpful and a wealth of knowledge on parts that are interchangeable on the different models and between the years of the for each make of car. Great place to save some hard earned cash if your not looking for new parts. It's also a good place to maybe find some good parts for your older car.
Called for bumper for ml350 and received an unfriendly man explaining they're closing/ shutting down. Wouldn't he WANT people to buy as many parts possible until then?!? Someone needs to take a business class or two
Knowledgable and friendly! If they have it they will give you a great price on it. I called up for a window regulator for a 2001 Chevy express van and this part had to be drilled out for removal and they did it while I waited. Best service I've seen from an auto wrecker in a very long time! The part new from the dealer was far to expensive and they were able to give it to me at a fraction of the cost and it was in great shape!
Rip off. They over charge on parts. I brought a headlight from them than went to Auto zone price the headlight there and found out that I paid twice as much for a use headlight rather than a brand new one. I went back to returned it but they said all sales final. LESSON LEARNED!!!
I called for a replacement hood on a 1991 Toyota Pickup. A person I think his name was Craig took down my info and promised to call back. Got a call back within 30 minutes, the guy said they had a 1995 Toyota 4Runner hood that should be a direct swap. I drove down, paid $200.00 for the hood and swapped it in their parking lot. They even took the old hood to throw it away for me.
Recently called for a part for my car, the female that answered was polite and professional, however when they called back, the male who called was rude, had an attitude and very unprofessional! Even tho they had the part I needed, he gave me a rediculously high price,..... I mean bruddah man if you not happy w/ your job, let someone who wants to do the job, do it. Dont' know his name but your attitude alone cost your employer a $700. sale! Very poor cutomer service....
As with the other reviews, the owner can be a bit grouchy. But this place did have the parts that I was looking for, and I was given reasonable prices for them. That being said, have a list and make sure you know what you're looking for. Bring some tools to get the parts out. Ask if he has the parts but DON'T touch anything unless he says so and DON'T go wondering around the yard. That should keep his grouchy attitude at bay.
Had converted my car from 4 to 5-lug hubs and my old spare donut wouldn't work. Stopped by ARC, was able to test fit the "new" donut in the lot. Seems like there are tons of parts to pick from, great service, and decent prices.
Calling them on the phone .... rude, shot tempered, impatient phone customer service, not even professionally friendly, calling in is probably not as good as going in, once there is person they seem to have a little more charm. Great inventory ... and prices that are half what the new cost would be, conveniently located to where you do not have to battle the central Honolulu traffic, gets the job done faster. My reason for liking it is the massive inventory ... not the phone etiquette ...lol
