Autobell Car Wash

This place was fantastic. I typically use another AutoBell and this place does a much more thorough job, and ensure that the car is shining. I’m extremely impressed. The last time I used my typical AutoBellI went home and finished the job because it was that bad. This location is terrific, the manager came out and inspected the car -with no knowledge of my prior experience, and it was just a great spot. Their attention to detail was fantastic and their staff very friendly and polite. Love it. Felt like I left with a brand new car. I highly recommend.

My first good impression from this place I reviewed a while ago has now gone. This morning I brought my Mazda CX-5 and ordered service for $23.99. Aftert a guy who made vacuum and cleaning reported that he's done, we had to do another round with him, and this time I had to point him out all the dirt he left, which was mostly in interiors of doors and trunk area. I asked him to wipe out again a dashboard and he used the same rag he used for wrong a dirt from doors. I tipped him for extra work, but when I was home I found another areas of dust and dirt, including dashboard, mat area, and doors. I never had this type of service from any other place before. The managers have to do some work to train their employees or hire a new ones with better attitude to their job.

Went to Autobell Car Wash it was a very pleasant experience. Young guys cleaning cars and very professional. Next time in town we will come thru again.

Store manager is on point. This Auto Bell is by far the best I've been to in Charlotte metro. I observed Every single employee working this location doing thorough job and they take their time. Way to go store manager. Hope upper management recognizes your store

The service at this location was mediocre for Autobell. When I got in my car the mats were all askew, the dashboard hadn't been wiped down, the windows hadn't been cleaned and they didn't spray any fragrance I had even specified the one I wanted. On top of that, the boy had the nerve to ask me "do you have those tip vouchers". Like he deserved a tip at all...

I came through today and got a super poly, Darrell and Will were so nice, professional and quick. On top of that my car looked great, I e had bad experiences at other car washes before but I have definitely found my home and will be returning again and again. 10/10 would recommend.

Horrible! Don't ever waste your money here. Normally, I just do a self service car wash because I keep my car very clean. I thought since I had just come from jiffy Lube where they vacuum most of your car anyways that I should just pay to get my exterior washed down the street. A sweet girl asked if I wanted "the managers special" that would clean my exterior and interior for $32 after tax. I said sure! It doesn't even look like they did anything to my car. Before I left, I even asked to use their vacuum because right away I noticed some dirt on the front seat. When I got home I was so angry after further inspecting my car. I literally have no idea what they did besides wash my windows because everything looks the same. They took more than 25 minutes to do absolutely nothing. The back hasn't been vacuumed and the mats surely weren't moved to vacuum underneath. I could've done so much more cleaning to my car for $10 at a self service.

I visit this wash regularly to get my car cleaned. Service is always top notch and the staff is urgent and eager to help. No matter how busy the business is, the staff is always friendly and willing. Most of the staff recognize me and make it a point to recognize me as a returning customer. The wash does a fantastic job cleaning my car and I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. The wash uses microfiber towels to dry down the car and odorless chemicals to clean the interior. This company is comparable to Chick-fil-a when it comes to customer service, especially this location. The store manager, Darrell is always making his face known and continually checks on his customers.

This Auto Bell has to be the best car-washing experience I've ever had. I paid for the $22.99 which is their second lowest priced deal and the folks there spent over an hour turning my filthy mess of a car into a spotless beauty. At least 15 other customers came and went while my car was there, and they never batted an eye or seemed hesitant to spend a long time providing me quality service. When the job was over, they never asked for a tip and were genuinely grateful when I did tip generously. I highly recommend.
