Here are some things that make us stand out from the crowd. We offer a 12 month/12,000 miles warranty and we honor extended warranties. Our technicians are certified and we use the latest diagnostic equipment. The most honest auto repair shop in Houston by far! My friend sent me here and that is exactly what she said: “if you want an honest car repair spot, this is the one” and she wasn’t lying. If I could give this place 100 stars, I would. Its always so intimidating as a woman to take your car to any auto repair shop but not this place. The owner is an incredibly honest man and I’ll be forever grateful to him! Please, don’t hesitate to bring your car here.

I was offered a $5000 repair with no warranty with no warranty which indicates that the vehicle would still have problems so I paid $709 for Service Advisor Allan to tell me the car is not worth fixing. That’s not Allan’s fault. After putting $16,000 into the , being told “It’s not worth it, now give me another 700 dollars to tell you that” was sickening. I trashed the car the next day. It truly was my worst car experience ever

I have a older Mercedes 1985 500 SEL and there are not a lot of places other than dealership that I would take my car to but I will always trust Auto House of Switzerland to get the right parts and to do a complete jobServices:&nbsp;Brakes

It is difficult to find a shop that understands older Mercedes automobiles. I own a 1985 300SD that I would like to keep in perfect condition forever. Autohouse, its owner and staff are: 1. Quick and accurate to diagnose any issue 2. Quick to repair with quality parts 3. Fair on labor and parts prices 4. Clean, neat and careful with my car 5. Responsive to me as an owner AND, exceeded my expectations. I believe it is difficult to ask for, or receive more.

Allen was very honest and helpful starting from the first call to talk through my battery replacement and emissions system warning all the way through adapting to a different battery type than was expected and giving me revised quotes.  The mechanic servicing my car also gave me helpful guidance on which battery to use to ensure I wouldn’t hit issues down the road.  Rates were fair and Allen communicated well on needing a little more time to fit me in due to being shorthanded the day I wanted to drop off my car which was great because I’d rather know the true timeline than being told an aspirational goal that won’t be met. Friendly shop helped me keep my 13 year old VW Golf going. Replaced my horn and tracked down an electrical problem I've been having that made my windshield washer pump stop working. They gave a very detailed diagnosis and used all of their resources to chase down my electric bugs.Services:&nbsp;General repairs &amp; maintenance

I've been using this shop for two of my cars for something around 15 years. Ownership has changed hands but the quality of work and attention to detail is the same. I always pick up my cars without the punch in the gut feel I get at the dealership because of overcharges or being ups sold.
