The car buying experience is always and stressful don't want to ever do again process. I purchased a VW Passat low miles. Great condition. That's what I thought turns out dealer was not completely honest and in fact they told me it had been in a minor accident and was fully restored! Pretty krafty When in fact it had a front-end Collision to the right side crushing the hood right Fender and deploying the airbag. The Carfax I was shown when I try to resell the car in fact said the dealer was told that had this issue and they needed to report it to the person who bought it. All I can say is when buying a car from any dealer do your due diligence that cost me 24 bucks to get a Carfax I'm going to do that every time from now on.
Csaba is so nice and looks out for your best interest. The purchase of my vehicle was a pleasant one!!
Awesome place to buy a car. Friendly staff, the owner is super nice, not pushy at all, they told us upfront when I got the car, the repairs are made to it. Honestly, comparing this to one of the bigger dealerships I’d rather buy at this place! The same car at a bigger dealership about the same price give or take a couple hundred dollars was still way more because of the dealer handling fees at the bigger dealerships. I would recommend this place to anyone! I’ll be going back for my second car!
Never thought I'd buy foreign but I love my Passat. The dealer seems like a really nice family man and he stands strong behind the quality of his cars. He shows real concern and offers to service my car at no profit to himself. Highly recommend
I saw a Craigslist posting about a 2008 Yamaha R1 for $4500, which said it was in “excellent condition” and “ran well.” That’s a good deal. They were really nice at first. I put half down to drive it to my mechanic to have it checked out. My mechanic even fixed the horn which wasn’t working. Turns out, the bike needed about $1800 of work. That’s not “excellent condition.” When I came back to negotiate, I told them the cost of repairs. The salesman got hostile. He wanted to know the details, and I said I would provide them, if they wanted to reimburse me for what it cost to have the bike checked out. They refused and the salesman grilled me to tell him what was wrong with the bike. He repeatedly said that they weren’t going to make any repairs. The salesman didn’t even want to hear my offer, since he clearly knew there were issues with the bike. Instead of disclosing the issues to me before I paid someone to have it checked out, he assumed I wouldn’t find out. I still offered a price higher than their asking price, minus the repair costs, and he scoffed at it, telling me that it would sell at public auction for $1200 more than what I offered. I said awesome, where’s the auction and I’ll show up for it. He refused to tell me. Overall, the owner seemed honest, but I didn’t get to deal with him much, just this one, sleazy salesman, and I’m glad that I don’t remember his name. Another employee, Nick, seemed alright. If you are thinking of buying a vehicle from this place, then make sure you have the vehicle checked out by a mechanic first.
We purchased 2010 Mini Cooper from this place in installments. Everything seem to be great, until we had a death in the family and were late on last couple of payments. We lost the vehicle and the $1000's that we NEVER got back. They would not compromise, we just needed a couple more days because my husbands fathers estate was caught up in probate. After several texts and calls, they would not extend the time. The Owner Saba says because it was slow and he wasnt making alot of money; hmmm? Its a shame, because we had just registered this vehicle, and i loved this vehicle. Sad experience.:
Hmmm. I don't know if we came on a bad day or what, but here's our experience. We called about a 2008 BMW convertible. We were told it was still available so we told them we were on our way to see it. Literally as soon as we drove onto the lot, a guy was driving it off telling us it was sold all of this happening within 30 minutes of us getting to the location from our house. So we came back later after looking at another vehicle we were interested in elsewhere to see what else they had. When we walked in, we just felt a negative vibe from the four men sitting down. No one said hello, how can we help...no one even smiled at us. As a matter of fact, it was almost like they scowled at us. We are an African American couple, and they all had foreign accents...not sure if that had anything to do with it or not. Anyway, we asked what they had available, and only then were did their attitude improve. They told us to look at all the cars to the right. When we did, the mechanic came out to greet us he was the only one who was nice and who actually helped us. He told us about a few cars, and we ultimately were only interested in one parked on the street. The mechanic informed us that the BMW vehicle belonged to the owner. My husband almost jokingly asked the mechanic to see if the owner would be interested in selling it. He did. Almost immediately, the owner came out keys in hand and told us in these words "I am not interested in selling my car, this is a $20,000 car." Then he got into his car and sped off. It was just a weird vibe overall-I'm not interested in coming back. We had a much better experience at Centennial Toyota and purchased our vehicle there through Martin.
I went into this place a few years ago and I was soooo lucky I didn't leave a down payment. I left a review on facebook but i see they deleted it... Probably due to bad reviews. Don't fall for the fake good ones. I had a car picked out and they told me they'd get it ready and have it ready within 48 hours. Almost a week went by... Nothing. They kept extending the time that it'd take to get the car ready. When I said something on their facebook page about it, the owner was extremely unprofessional. He called me and told me he wasn't going to sell to me anymore and talked trash about my credit and how I couldn't afford anything else. ABout a month later a guy messaged me about my review and explained to me how badly they took advantage of him. They lied and when he drove away, a couple days later the car completely stopped working which I believe he said they had the car priced at like $2500 I'll do you a favor... Don't trust these people. If you are looking for cheap and reliable, Alien Auto Sales boulder hwy and galleria in Henderson is where I got my Saturn ion. Great service, whenever I hahad a problem they helped me out, they were flexible with payments , and my car is paid off and still running great.
Bought a high mileage BMW and found out after the 3 year warranty did not cover what I was told. Warranties are useful when they cover at least partial transmission etc. Turbochargers went bad ad cost was 3,000.00 to fix and 3 year Gold Standard warranty did not cover a penny. Asked warranty company if transmission was covered and they stated no. My friend has a Mercedes bought from car max with extended warranty and 3,000.00 of work only cost him 300.00. That is what an extended warranty is suppose to do. I paid cash for the car to avoid a car payment after an auto accident settlement. I now am in a 6 year payment from taking around a 10,000.00 hit on the BMW. Never buy from there again.
Great place. Very new to car byin and csaba and his team knew tht and were def very helpful. The whole process went solid. Csaba also informed me of what to do when/if things go wrong. For example, there was issue with a window the day after byin it and Csaba and his crew fixed it within 24 hours.
